Vicky was awarded a recognition award for her hard work and the kindness she showed to her residents. One of the resident's families has given us positive feedback about Vicky which is stated- "It's hard to emphasise how much wonderful support Vicky has provided to Sheila over the last six and a half years.
All the Beaufort Grange staff have been magnificent, but Vicky has gone way over and above that to make Sheila’s quality of life better. In fact, I am convinced that Sheila is only still with us because of Vicky’s care. She has become Sheila’s closest friend. "
