Following 2 years of hard work, 2nd Chef Oksana Lubinska was awarded her Hospitality Team Member (Food Production): Level 2 apprenticeship.
General Manager, Helena Hawkins, was delighted to present Oksana with her certificate of achievement and a bouquet of flowers in recognition.
Oksana is a pivotal member of the Hospitality Team at St Thomas, with a particualr love of making cakes and pastries, which the residents and visitors have always enjoyed.
