Nicola has been voted for our employee of the month for going above and beyond in her role. Due to what’s been doing on in the world, we haven’t been able to have our external hairdresser in the building, Nicola worked in a hair salon many years ago, and decided to relearn her skills so she could help all the residents in the home look their best and get a bit of normality back! Nicola has been using any spare moment she has to try and cut, dye & style some of our 100 residents to help them with their esteem!
