It is sad, of course, that my brother probably doesn't recognise me now, but a huge comfort for me & the rest of the family to know he is being so well cared for in a happy atmosphere with good facilities.
I was a nurse for nearly 40 years & am well aware of the difficulties in maintaining good standards in a Nursing Home. Keep up the great work.
