It was a difficult and painful time for her and we are very grateful for the physical and medical care the staff gave, listening to our concerns and being attentive to her pain relief needs and care. The staff also showed sensitivity and understanding in their care and support just sitting with her for company and comfort or trying to bring a smile to her face.
