My mum has been a resident at Chalfont Lodge for approximately 12 years. She has Alzheimer's disease. The care she has received during this time has been consistently outstanding. She is cared for and loved by the nurses. I am kept informed of her care, she is warm, clean and well fed. Her medical needs are all looked after so we have nothing to worry about.
She is stimulated through regular activities and although she has advanced Alzheimer's, she is always included. My family and I have been devastated with the prognosis of her Alzheimer's and the home has supported us throughout the years. Thank you to all the wonderful staff.

Overall, very happy with Chalfont Lodge. However, my father has been waiting for months now to have his room refurbished. I find the carers very caring and my father is treated with utmost dignity and respect. The management and staff are very pleasant and very approachable at all times.
