Outram Fields Care Home invites the local community to a free wellbeing talk and live demonstration with Rivelin Holistic Therapies

Join Ute Craske, an experienced holistic massage therapist, for a calm and informative session exploring how gentle, respectful touch can support relaxation, comfort, and overall wellbeing.
As part of the session, Ute will bring her massage table and offer live demonstrations using the tools she works with, including hand, head, and foot massage techniques. She will also demonstrate simple physical activities and movements that can easily be done to help keep active and support everyday wellbeing.
Ute will briefly talk about the range of therapies she offers, including scar tissue massage, and explain what to expect from a treatment, with a focus on safety, consent, and individual comfort.
