Date: Monday 18 May 2026 – Friday 22 May 2026
Organiser: KYN Bickley
This May, we invite you to join us in recognising Dementia Action Week through a series of talks and events, two of which are led by KYN’s dementia care specialist Suzanne Mumford. Through thoughtful events and initiatives, we aim to challenge the stigma surrounding dementia, encourage open conversations, foster understanding, and support individuals, families, and caregivers.
Suzanne is a Queens Nurse with 40 years’ experience in nursing, and a highly qualified dementia specialist. Suzanne is the strategic lead for KYN’s clinical governance, nursing, allied health, and dementia specialist care, driving continuous improvement, regulatory compliance, innovation and excellence, ensuring that residents receive the highest levels of clinical care, and compassion.
