The Manager and staff are excellent. My father has been a resident here for 2 years, and we have no complaints. We are very pleased with the care he receives. He always looks clean, tidy and happy. We have not been able to visit as much over the past year, but I feel reassured because we are able to check his notes daily, we can call anytime, and we often just turn up when we can with no notice, and Dad is always well cared and happy.
My Dad is well looked after at Wilbraham House. The Staff are really good with him and look after him - Like a big extended family. He is very happy, relaxed and enjoys his life there. Food is excellent and his room is quite spacious and overlooks the Church. Dad loves to be outside and he has been encouraged to plant all the bedding plants in the planters and hanging baskets, which he has loved doing and is proud of his achievements! he tells me every time he sees me!
My husband seems very settled, and I feel confident that the care he is receiving meets his needs. As a family member, I enjoy a good rapport with staff who listen to any concerns I have. There is a willingness to alter or implement change to his care, which I find comforting. Overall, I am satisfied with the care at Wilbraham House under a very capable manager.
The home is full of very good staff, it's very clean and tidy. All the staff are first class and always keep us updated on how my mother is. We get daily reports to keep us updated on how she is. My mother is always clean and dressed well. The staff spend time with my mother and show lot's of interest in their job. My mother is very happy living in the home and she is very fond of the staff.
Staff are absolutely brilliant with my mother. They treat her like a normal person are affectionate and respond well to her needs. It's comfortable and homely rather than a clinical setting and staff make an effort to get to know about the individual person and communicate accordingly. My mother feels safe and well cared for .
Very happy for my Mother to be under their care. Staff are superb and care for all my mum's needs. More importantly, my mum is happy there. There are always different activities that keep the residents happy. Management are also spot on.
What can I say. Dad came to Wilbraham House after our mum was admitted into care from a hospital stay. We could not ask for a better place for our dad to live. The carers are all fabulous and he is looked after in very aspect. We never have to worry about dad as we know that the care he is receiving is second to none and that these people genuinely care. They have a fabulous leader who knows the care system and goes over and above with everything she does. The home itself is friendly. The food is really good, and everywhere is kept so very clean and tidy. Dad is very settled and the interaction between him and the staff is so good. We are relieved that our dad is happy and cared for and that the final years of his life will be spent with good people who do an excellent job. As a family we are always made to feel welcome and kept informed of everything which is so good to know. We also know that dad is safe and cared for as he deserves. Thank you to all the staff - amazing!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice facilities and a good amount of entertainment provided. They recently took my grandmother out for a trip and she was very pleased. Good quality food provided. Grandmother seems very happy here.
My Mum came to Wilbraham House in October and arrived in a very bad state of mine. Since being there she has improved significantly and now eats and is comfortable and secure in her surroundings. The staff have been very welcoming and supportive towards myself and more importantly my Mum. I am constantly kept up to date with how she is through either a phone call or through the App. I am safe in the knowledge that she is been well cared for.
Mum seem seems to be treated very well, she seems happy and has a good relationship with the staff. She has managed to form friendships and seems happy to sit and chat with them in the lounge. The staff are always polite and it's never a problem for us to pick her up anytime to go out or just a visit in there. We are updated regularly on her care and upkeep.
We are very satisfied with my brother's care. Manager is excellent, always available to speak to and deal with any problems. Staff caring and attentive overall my brother is very happy living there.
Excellent service from the staff. Great care given to my mother who has dementia and so has good days and bad. Excellent communication from both staff and management. Have totally recommended the home to others for their family. The app is very good as I get 3 reports every day, appertaining to my mother.
All staff went above and beyond to assure me and assist Mum in her time of need when she was taken ill. Also, all staff have met Mum's needs during her recovery after her illness and been very patient with Mum's needs.
Although Mum was only in the care home for a short time the care that she received was wonderful. From the day that she went into the home the staff looked after her so well. Mum was taken out for lunch on her birthday and was able to participate in other activities. I can highly recommend the care home, if every town and city had a place like this the world would be a better place.
My sister has stayed here a few times now and also feels like part of their family. They are all really nice to her and she loves coming. I feel so settled that she is in here, as with her brain damage I worry about her but they go above and beyond with her care needs.
