All our exchanges with the staff at Milford House have exceeded expectation. They aren't just professional and knowledgable, they are kind, caring and take an active interest in my father. He has gone from strength to strength since moving in, the lovely surroundings are clean and well maintained and his fears have been listened to attentively and managed coordinating with family members. Getting older isn't always easy but Milford House has offered not just a House but a Home, safety and security. Thank you to all the staff for your unfailing smiles and your positive outlook

Great care home. Staff are exceptional with my mothers needs cant praise them enough. They always Great you with a warm welcome when visiting my mother. The staff will always let you know how she is doing .

The staff at Milford are excellent. I feel so much happier about my mum's safety and wellbeing now she is at Milford. The care is excellent with delicious food and many activities to involve the residents.

I don't think there is much to be thankful for in this world but I have to say when I go to Milford House to see my husbands father it gives me confidence to know that some wonderful things are happening. Everyone of the staff love their jobs and give 100% to the residents and doing their job well.

My auntie became a resident one week ago. She has received the best care and support since she moved in. The staff have gone above and beyond to help her settle. We could not have wished for anything better and I am truly grateful for everything the staff are doing for her. Milford House is a very special place.

My father-in-law has been a resident in Milford House for almost a year, and considers it a home from home. The staff are all exceptionally kind and caring, and he is very well looked after. There are regular activities for residents and their families and friends, and the staff are always very welcoming.

Nursing care is very good, staff are attentive and take time out on a one to one basis. Communication with relatives is good and we always know early if there are any issues. The residents really seem to appreciate the various events which take place as do the visitors.

The care, compassion & enthusiasm of the staff at Milford House is evident in many ways - there are wonderful activities on daily which Mum loves to take part in: exercise, baking, singing, Crafts, outside entertainers. We, as a family are always warmly welcomed when we visit and invited to take part in the activities. Mum settled straight away. at Milford House & we are so pleased we chose it for our Mum! We know that she is well looked after 24 hrs a day and we are very grateful.

Mum has recently moved from the main house to Coach house nursing wing. We have always been happy with her care and this satisfaction continues. Staff are friendly and approachable, the environment is calm clean and pleasant.

All the staff provide exceptional care support and are clearly passionate about their roles of Milford House. The care my dad receives is of the highest level milford House sets the highest of standards and I am so grateful for all of the staff and their professionalism, care, love and passion for the residents and relatives.

After taking weeks to select a care home for my mother I am delighted to say that Milford House has only met my expectations but surpassed What We we had ever hoped. Current aspect is great, but the staff here really made it on true home. Thank you for your care!

The staff are amazing and very accommodating to both the residents and the family members. My nana enjoys all the atmosphere and events that happen at Milford and it does allow us as family to also get involved.

My most recent visit concluded in the local pub, where my aunt appeared to enjoy the change of scene, familiarity of environment, and cheerful company of staff, fellow-residents and locals. The Care provided by Milford House is personal, cheerful and safe. Changes are happening under a superb new Manager, and I hope these will include more regular contact with relatives who live away and are not on facebook (emergency and care contact is very good) and enhanced training for staff.

We always experience a friendly, approachable response to our visit, and always see my mother-in-law in a friendly, inclusive environment where she appears clean, well looked after and happy, with dignity and respect at the forefront.

I always describe Milford House as 'home from home' and cosy. I would always recommend this home to anyone. I find the staff friendly and helpful even when things are busy. The main thing for me is, is Mym looked after? The answer is yes. To relatives, this is one less thing to worry about.

My mum has recently moved to the Coach House area of the home and we are very happy with her transition to this area. The staff are all very friendly and attentive to all the residents. Mum moved to get the extra nursing care she needs now. The Coach House has a warm and relaxing atmosphere, the peacefulness and staff interaction with all help the residents to enjoy their stay knowing they are being well cared for. Thank you.
