The care received by my dad Geoffrey is of the highest standard. All of the staff during the 3 years that dad has been a resident have showed great compassion and work so hard to make sure dad is cared for and loved. Milford is an amazing place with amazing people.

As soon as we arrived at Milford House we were made to feel very welcome. The staff are all very encouraging, and Mum loves taking part in all the activities. Her room is always kept spotless and the facilities in the home are to a high standard. Mum has enjoyed a good selection of interesting food. The kitchen staff are most helpful and are aware of nutritional needs. Mum is happy and settled in Milford House and we would like to thank every member of staff for their continued commitment and support in meeting Mum's needs.

I've had a fantastic experience with Milford House. The staff are all lovely and very attentive despite clearly being busy. My grandma has nothing but positive things to say about her time so I couldn't ask for more. The staff have gone above and beyond facilitating regular video calls for which I am extremely grateful.

Milford House is a lovely care home with excellent staff and facilities. It always feels warm and welcoming whenever we visit and we know that my father is well cared for.

It's a really good atmosphere in Milford House. The staff are very kind, friendly and welcoming. The residents are really well looked after. There's lots of activities for them.

It was a difficult decision to put Mum into a care home but definately the right one. The staff are brilliant with her and very attentive to her needs. They keep us very well informed so we know how well cared for she is and have no worries at all.

The staff here are all very attentive and caring. I am able to relax now knowing how well looked after my mum is. Mum has made some lovely friends here and the entertainments are great.

The staff are really friendly and attentive to residents. There is a very good supply of drinks for residents. Residents all look well cared for. Lots of activities are arranged. Good communication with relatives on what is going on in the home.

My Mother has been a resident of Milford Home since about Apr/May of 2024, I did as much research on the home as I could and finally got the opportunity to visit with some family members in April of 2025. I can't express my gratitude enough to how accommodating the staff members were to facilitate our visit, there were a lot of us. To be able to see what a lovely home this was for my Mother to be living in and the genuine kindness, caring and love the staff have for the residents was more than I had expected. I live in Arizona and can only visit once a year, my mind is at ease that she is getting the best possible care. I can email as often as I like and they respond quickly. A big shoutout and many Thanks to all

My mother in law moved into Milford House at the beginning of July 2025. We have been very happy with the care she has received and the staff have helped her to settle in. There is a really lovely atmosphere at the care home and staff go out of their way for their residents and always greet us with a smile when we visit. The staff are always happy to provide updates about care and treatment. All of the staff are very helpful and kind but a few stand out even further to us for their professionalism. We want to say a really big thank you to all of the staff there but particularly those 4 who have really helped my mother in law to settle in. Many thanks for caring and doing what you do!

All our exchanges with the staff at Milford House have exceeded expectation. They aren't just professional and knowledgable, they are kind, caring and take an active interest in my father. He has gone from strength to strength since moving in, the lovely surroundings are clean and well maintained and his fears have been listened to attentively and managed coordinating with family members. Getting older isn't always easy but Milford House has offered not just a House but a Home, safety and security. Thank you to all the staff for your unfailing smiles and your positive outlook

Great care home. Staff are exceptional with my mothers needs cant praise them enough. They always Great you with a warm welcome when visiting my mother. The staff will always let you know how she is doing .

The staff at Milford are excellent. I feel so much happier about my mum's safety and wellbeing now she is at Milford. The care is excellent with delicious food and many activities to involve the residents.

I don't think there is much to be thankful for in this world but I have to say when I go to Milford House to see my husbands father it gives me confidence to know that some wonderful things are happening. Everyone of the staff love their jobs and give 100% to the residents and doing their job well.

My auntie became a resident one week ago. She has received the best care and support since she moved in. The staff have gone above and beyond to help her settle. We could not have wished for anything better and I am truly grateful for everything the staff are doing for her. Milford House is a very special place.

My father-in-law has been a resident in Milford House for almost a year, and considers it a home from home. The staff are all exceptionally kind and caring, and he is very well looked after. There are regular activities for residents and their families and friends, and the staff are always very welcoming.

Nursing care is very good, staff are attentive and take time out on a one to one basis. Communication with relatives is good and we always know early if there are any issues. The residents really seem to appreciate the various events which take place as do the visitors.
