We have been visiting my sister, who has severe Alzheimer's/dementia, for the past 18 months.
Have always found all the staff friendly and very good and patient in the way they talk to residents and treat them with dignity, in what is not an easy job.
The manager is also very friendly and
approachable.
My sister has a very poor appetite and will eat a little only if continually prompted, something the staff probably don't have enough time to do, which is a pity.
Overall, our experience of Sherwood Grange is good and my sister seems content there, as far as we can see with the Alzheimer's and dementia.
