I cannot thank the staff at this care home enough for the love, dignity and kindness they showed my Mum during her time here. From the moment she arrived, she was treated with such compassion and respect, and it gave our family real peace of mind knowing she was in such safe and caring hands.
Every
member of staff went above and beyond - not just meeting her needs, but genuinely caring about her as a person. They took the time to talk to her, reassure her, and make her feel comfortable and valued, which meant more to us than words can express.
The environment was warm, welcoming and well-run, and communication with our family was always clear, supportive and thoughtful. We never felt like just another family - we felt listened to and cared for too.
Although Mum has now moved on, we will always be grateful for the care she received here. This home truly makes a difference to the lives of residents and their families, and I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

All the staff were wonderful to my mum when she stayed at Magnolia. Anna runs a lovely home and I couldn't have asked for better care for my mum. All staff were very caring and the room was lovely too.

The home were very helpful when my brother and I came to look around separately. We felt the home had a warm and friendly atmosphere - when Mum moved in, we experienced this. We, and Mum, were always offered drinks when we visited Mum. Mum interacted well with the staff, who were very attentive and
caring. The room she had was lovely, and she ate well whilst she was there. Communication was good with the home, and they were very respectful and understanding near the end of Mum's life.

He was not shaved, and his tummy was rumbling. Otherwise, nice service, no complaints. I look forward to my brother-in-law having future respite at The Magnolia Care Home.

Staff are always attentive, polite and helpful. The home has a warm atmosphere and you are always made to feel welcome.
My Mum's room is spacious, clean and well furnished. The meals and drinks are of good quality.
Most importantly, the level of care offered is excellent and we have
confidence that she is well looked after and safe.

I was made very welcome at The Magnolia. Staff and residents are lovely. Food is phenomenal. Activities are great. Manager is kind and very helpful. I would recommend The Magnolia to anybody. You won't be disappointed.

My brother was moved to The Magnolia, after having serious surgeries. We, as family, were really worried as he wasn't mobile and needed a lot of support. However, the staff at The Magnolia have been brilliant. They are super friendly and have provided him with fantastic care. It's been a relief that
he was placed somewhere where he can get excellent support during his recovery. Very grateful for the continuous hard work the staff do.

My family and I can't thank the amazing staff at Magnolia enough for all they've done to help my dad settle in. The kindness, care, and compassion shown towards him and our family has been outstanding. We feel incredibly lucky to have found such a lovely place for him to stay. He is treated with

I have had a very good experience living at Magnolia. The staff are caring and will help me. They are actually excellent. Nothing is too much trouble. My bedroom is comfortable and the food is lovely. The manager is always checking if I am ok.

What a wonderful experience, everything about this place was exceptional I would highly recommend. The staff and the facilities were brilliant. The staff were welcoming, friendly and caring, always there to ensure I was okay, not just that they made it feel homely. Overall 5/5.

My husband seems much happier here. Staff are always pleasant and happy to help. My husband is happy that nobody shouts and he gets more attention.

I'm here for my safety and I've never felt so safe. The management and staff are amazing and always make me feel at my best. This is the happiest I've been for five years and I only have love and admiration for all of them.

Everyone working here deserves praise. It's such a tough job. I see a lot of patience, understanding and a ton of positivity. This is what our elderly all deserve during their final years. Well done all. Understandably there are sometimes communication breakdowns e.g information not passed on to
others. This happens when things get busy. Try your best to keep on top of that. As for the scores, I haven't filled in the activities section. I haven't seen this in action. I have asked who is in charge of this. I will seek out the manager at some point and have a chat with her. Thanks to all.

Dad was moved to The Magnolia in July. The family were a little apprehensive at first as dad had been so unhappy in a previous home. However dad has settled beautifully and this is due to the excellent care provided by all the staff at the home. There are always staff with the residents, and they
are always calm and relaxed and professional. The home is clean and the rooms bright and airy. Couldn't wish for Dad to be in a better place. Thank you Magnolia.

Dad has been a resident for a few weeks now. He was very anxious and had problems in a previous home. We were very nervous about the move. He has settled really well, the home is clean, the food is good, and there is always a carer in the resident's lounge. The carers are patient and very kind.
Thank you, Magnolia - I can now relax a little knowing Dad is safe and cared for.

Magnolia is such a lovely and very clean care home. My mum thoroughly enjoyed her stay whilst I was away on holiday. She said that if she has to go for respite again that she would like to go there again. Management and the carers were wonderful to Mum and myself. They were very friendly and Mum
built great bonds with them and the residents there. I am extremely happy the way that they have cared for Mum whilst I was away and shall definitely send her back there for a stay when need be. Many thanks to you all.

My sister has been a resident for approximately three months. Of course, at first, she didn't want to be there but has gradually settled down. The staff are very caring and understanding and what I find particularly reassuring is that at all times a member of staff is in the lounge area with the
residents. My sister enjoys the food and is always clean and properly dressed.
