The home were very helpful when my brother and I came to look around separately. We felt the home had a warm and friendly atmosphere - when Mum moved in, we experienced this. We, and Mum, were always offered drinks when we visited Mum. Mum interacted well with the staff, who were very attentive and
caring. The room she had was lovely, and she ate well whilst she was there. Communication was good with the home, and they were very respectful and understanding near the end of Mum's life.

Staff are always attentive, polite and helpful. The home has a warm atmosphere and you are always made to feel welcome.


My Mum's room is spacious, clean and well furnished. The meals and drinks are of good quality.


Most importantly, the level of care offered is excellent and we have confidence

that she is well looked after and safe.

My brother was moved to The Magnolia, after having serious surgeries. We, as family, were really worried as he wasn't mobile and needed a lot of support. However, the staff at The Magnolia have been brilliant. They are super friendly and have provided him with fantastic care. It's been a relief that
he was placed somewhere where he can get excellent support during his recovery. Very grateful for the continuous hard work the staff do.

I have had a very good experience living at Magnolia. The staff are caring and will help me. They are actually excellent. Nothing is too much trouble. My bedroom is comfortable and the food is lovely. The manager is always checking if I am ok.

Everyone working here deserves praise. It's such a tough job. I see a lot of patience, understanding and a ton of positivity. This is what our elderly all deserve during their final years. Well done all. Understandably there are sometimes communication breakdowns e.g information not passed on to others.
This happens when things get busy. Try your best to keep on top of that. As for the scores, I haven't filled in the activities section. I haven't seen this in action. I have asked who is in charge of this. I will seek out the manager at some point and have a chat with her. Thanks to all.

Dad was moved to The Magnolia in July. The family were a little apprehensive at first as dad had been so unhappy in a previous home. However dad has settled beautifully and this is due to the excellent care provided by all the staff at the home. There are always staff with the residents, and they are
always calm and relaxed and professional. The home is clean and the rooms bright and airy. Couldn't wish for Dad to be in a better place. Thank you Magnolia.

Dad has been a resident for a few weeks now. He was very anxious and had problems in a previous home. We were very nervous about the move. Magnolia is such a lovely and very clean care home. My mum thoroughly enjoyed her stay whilst I was away on holiday. She said that if she has to go for respite again that she would like to go there again. Management and the carers were wonderful to Mum and myself. They were very friendly and Mum built
great bonds with them and the residents there. I am extremely happy the way that they have cared for Mum whilst I was away and shall definitely send her back there for a stay when need be. Many thanks to you all.

My sister has been a resident for approximately three months. Of course, at first, she didn't want to be there but has gradually settled down. The staff are very caring and understanding and what I find particularly reassuring is that at all times a member of staff is in the lounge area with the residents.
My sister enjoys the food and is always clean and properly dressed.

My husband was transferred from hospital in an anxious state after treatment. The care and friendliness of the staff has been a major reason for him relaxing and feeling settled in a lovely room.
