Both my Parents are residents at Two Beeches. Dad has been there for 2 years and Mum just over a year.
I cannot fault the care that they are both given. All their needs are met. Everyone is so friendly and professional. My Sister and I are kept informed of any change in their medical care and
needs immediately. Any concerns we may have with regards to our parents are addressed straight away.
They have separate rooms and we have been able to bring in some of their own furniture, ornaments and pictures to make it feel more like home for them and encouraged to do so. It is evident that all members of staff care very much for the Residents and treat them with care and respect which means a lot to us. Mum has her hair and nails done regularly and Dad's hair cut and beard trimmed which is lovely. There is always something going on entertainment wise and residents are encouraged to participate. I would definitely recommend this nursing home. Thank you to everyone for looking after them.

My family and I are grateful for the exceptional care my father receives at Two Beeches. From his first day at the facility, staff have shown compassion, kindness and patience. My father has been treated with dignity and respect which has meant such a lot to our family.
Two Beeches is a welcoming,
homely environment where my father feels safe and comfortable. Daily activities, such as crafts and games, are on offer as well as bigger social events. Participation is encouraged but there is no pressure. Every effort is made to meet my father's preferences and likes and dislikes, by staff who genuinely care about his health and quality of life.
Communication is excellent. Staff are always willing to answer questions and update me on my father's wellbeing. The support that my family has received from this nursing home has been invaluable and we cannot thank them enough.

My mother has been a resident at Two Beeches Nursing Home for a little under 2 yrs. she is always treated with compassion and love. It is clear to see the bond she has with her favourite carers. When they talk to her her face lights up each time. Initial I did consider moving her closer to home but
after seeing how happy and content she is here, I quickly changed my mind.
The staff are always happy to see us when we visit and spend time updating us , even if it's only been a few days since the last visit. I am very grateful for the level of care she gets. It is easily the best place for mum to be. Thank you for all that you do.

Dad wasn't there long but all the staff made him feel very comfortable and we are extremely grateful to the manager for hasty arrangements. Would recommend that anyone considering a nursing home go and have a look around the place. Dad had a lovely room with views over the garden.

My father has been a resident of Two Beeches Nursing Home, Waterlooville, for more than 5 years. The care he receives is excellent and I cannot fault it. I have seen how the staff interact with him and help him. His needs are many as, amongst other ailments, he suffers from dementia and I am
confident he is being looked after well. The staff, nurses and management are friendly, courteous, professional and engaging and it is clear those who work there enjoy what they do. They keep me fully informed regarding my father's well-being. There are always enough trained staff available to help the residents and it is clear that those who live there enjoy their interaction with those staff members. Activities are held regularly for the residents and these are thoroughly enjoyed. I would recommend this nursing home and have complete confidence in how they are looking after their residents.

You will always receive a warm and friendly welcome when you visit your loved one.

My husband stayed at Two Beeches Nursing Home for a little over 6 weeks. His health had deteriorated and it was no longer safe or suitable for him to stay at home. During his time at Two Beeches, he was cared for with compassion and dignity. The care and support given to both of us was excellent. As
his health declined he was, at times, frustrated and confused but the staff were always patient, kind and supportive. I spent several hours every day with him and often had a meal. He was encouraged to be involved with the activities but was usually happy to quietly enjoy the sun lounge or listen to the radio in his room.
I would like to thank and commend every one of the staff there, from the management, nurses, carers and housekeeping. It was a difficult time but I was comforted by knowing he received the best possible care.
Thank-you
