My mother has been a resident of Fountain Nursing Home for six and a
half years due to dementia and the care has been exemplary. She has been
one of the more challenging residents, however Fountain have managed her
condition admirably. The staff are always friendly and welcoming and
deserve nothing but praise for their efforts. Thank you very much.

My brother was very happy here. The care he received was kind and
gentle. The staff cared about his interests and decorated his room
accordingly. The atmosphere was calm and caring. He was always clean and
well dressed and available to talk when I telephoned.

We were so anxious about finding a care home for my dad, he needed
24-hour care for dementia and was immobile. From the very first day he
was moved from hospital until the day he passed away, the staff were
exceptional. Although he was nonverbal, the staff always chatted away
with him. Every care was taken to ensure he was treated with respect and
even though he was mostly unresponsive, he still received Christmas
presents and a card from the home. My dad loved his music and the staff
made sure his CDs were played for him every day. They made the most
difficult time in our lives as easy as it could be and we can’t thank
them enough.
