Fantastic staff. They all care for the people they are looking after, no one is too busy when you ask for help in any way. Respect is given all the time. Meals are wonderful, my mum is now eating and enjoying food again. Everyone is welcoming no matter what time you visit. Nothing seems to be too
much trouble, whatever you ask for is dealt with straightaway. Can't fault it at all.

From the minute you walk through the door staff are very pleasant. The care home is always clean and welcoming, there are so many different activities for the residents.

All the staff at Kings Lynn Residential are brilliant, always pleasant and nothing is too much trouble. The care home is always clean. There is always lots of activities and trips out for the residents.

I am very impressed with this care home and glad my mum now resides there.
The staff are spot on! Very polite and organised. Nothing is too much trouble when I ask for something.
Everything seems to be kept clean and tidy at all times, staff always say hello with a smile.

Wonderful care home. All staff treat mum like their own family. Nothing is too much effort. Courteous and polite. On numerous times i have asked for things and they always do it, no fuss. I feel they are an extended family, always greet me when i arrive by my first name.Highly recommended. Thank

Fantastic care home. Staff and managers are the best. I can sleep easy knowing my mum is totally cared for. Excellent communication about everything that goes on. I Don't think there could be a better care home than kings lynn residential

I would like to express my gratitude to the team at Kings Lynn Residential. They are friendly, caring & always willing to listen & support. They have shown respect & thoughtfulness to our family member & ourselves. They have ensured he is settled & shown compassion & dedication to him. If we have
any queries/concerns surrounding his care, the team will always endeavour to resolve. When we visit, we always see staff interacting with residents in communal areas, activities taking place & a genuine engagement with the residents. There is a variety of meals on offer & staff are happy to accommodate residents' dietary requests & needs. I would recommend Kings Lynn Residential & would like to thank both the management team & all the staff who work there. They have ensured our family member feels at home, treating him in a dignified manner, & ensuring he is well looked after & settled.

I'm very pleased with the care and attention my sister receives from all of the staff. She has just celebrated her 90th birthday, and the love and attention she received on the day were exceptional. The staff laid out a lovely afternoon tea for the family, which we all enjoyed. Thank you.

I am frequently humbled by the loving care and tenderness towards residents by the staff.
They have a difficult job to do, especially with dementia patients and every single member of staff carries out their duties with infinite patience and kindness.
I am extremely grateful to all the staff.
They are doing a fantastic job.

After my Aunt had experienced two previous care homes where they were happy to leave the residents couped up in their rooms all day, with minimal care from often inexperienced agency staff, it was so refreshing to enter her into what I would call a proper care home. From the moment of the initial
interview, to her entering the home, the care and individual attention has been second to none. When you enter the home, everyone from reception and the care staff, the management and even the maintenance man, all have a smile and politeness, welcoming residents and visitors alike and offer their assistance. Really pleased that the residents are encouraged to leave their rooms to socialise and to get much needed exercise and stimulation. After being in Black Swan for less than one month, my Aunt has already had a proper organised social trip out, this never happed at her previous homes and is essential for her wellbeing and health. Fantastic start to real care in a home my Aunt deserves.

What a lovely place for the residents. All staff were really attentive and couldn't do enough for us. A very pleasant experience, clean, friendly and a lovely birthday party with lovely food. The entertainment lady was exceptionally good.

Mum is very happy living at King's Lynn Residential Home. She feels safe and likes all the staff. We find the management and staff well trained and very professional.

I came to visit my sister along with my wife and 2 friends. We were welcomed into the home by a very friendly lady and taken to my sister.
We were offered lunch which we accepted and we all sat outside in the garden to have it
The food was lovely and all the staff we met were very friendly, the
home looked lovely and my sister is very happy in her surroundings.

The BSKL took Mum in at short notice and cared for her very well whilst we organised some more local care. The staff and management were all very helpful and kind. We felt Mum was safe and secure in the home and well looked after.

My Aunt has only been at Kings Lynn Residential Home 3 weeks but has settled in very nicely, she started off with respite but we have all agreed this would be best for her permanent care. She is well looked after regarding help with getting washed and dressed, taking her medication, mealtime food
and drink choices, plenty of activities going on and encouraging her to join in. Whenever myself or a member of family go to visit we are also very welcomed, staff make sure we have somewhere private to sit if we want to be out of her room, we are always offered drinks and snacks, it is very reassuring knowing that she has 24-hour care and has lovely people looking after her, treating her as one of their own, we have nothing but praise for the care she has received so far and are very much at ease that she is happy and safe and has helped this big move easier for us all.

The staff helpful and friendly, activities are good, this year's BBQ was brilliant, staff worked very hard. Mum's room has just been completed redecorated with new carpet and furniture moved to give more room. Only issue is sometimes staff slow answering room buzzer but overall very good.

This is a great place, the staff are so kind and cannot do enough for the residents. There are lots of activities and things to get involved in. I am so impressed with the staff they are always busy but nothing is too much trouble.

The staff were all so smiling and helpful. I was made to feel like one of the family straight away. It is clean and bright and the rooms are lovely. Everyone is just so friendly.

My dad is a very happy resident. The staff are all caring, friendly and helpful. The home is run very professionally. My dad thoroughly enjoys the various activities and excursions. His wishes have been well met, and for example, he now even has a piano in his room.

My mother has recently arrived at the care home and everyone has been so welcoming, the home is warm and I feel so secure in the knowledge mum is safe and everyone has her best interests at heart. The food is very good and I’m pleased she is encouraged to join in with activities and meals in the
lovely dining room.

What a lovely place for the residents. All staff were really attentive and couldn't do enough for us. A very pleasant experience, clean, friendly and a lovely birthday party with lovely food. The entertainment lady was exceptionally good.
