Staff here are amazing! They care deeply about their residents, but also look after their families too.
Nothing is too much trouble, and everything is done with a smile.
To know that our parent is safe, happy, and brilliantly cared for is everything.

The staff were excellent, very friendly and welcoming and genuinely interested in the residents well being. We couldn't fault their attention to detail. Thank you!!
The home was clean, no smell, menus displayed and well presented dining room and lovely reception and lounge area.
View from the
bedroom was disappointing and the outside area was limited.
Visitors are treated really well and drinks are always available which is a nice added extra

My husband regularly comes to Beaumont Care Home for respite. The respite breaks have benefited us both hugely. He is quite socially isolated at home and values the respite break because it is a change of environment and gives him chance to interact with different people. He also loves the food!
I
value the break enormously because I have chance to recharge my batteries.
The arrangement only works so well because of the amazing team at Beaumont.
We both get such a lovely warm welcome when we arrive. It feels as though we are returning to our extended family.
The staff are very caring and professional and also very kind. When I was unwell they supported me which I really appreciated.
The nurses and care staff listen and make note of any changes in my husband's condition when he is admitted so that I know his needs will be met and I have 100% confidence in their skills.
There is also lots of laughter and fun which is brilliant and most welcome.

My father in law was being supported with palliative & end of life care due to a life limiting disease. The care given was exceptional and his needs were met in a dignified & person centered way. Staff were attentive and compassionate which also extended to us a family especially in the latter days
of life. Communication was excellent & we were informed of any changes in condition. Symptom management was carried out quickly & effeciontly by trained nurses & we were afforded privacy & support on the final day of life.

My aunt moved into Beaumont in September 2025 and the team have been so supportive. They have done all they can to help my aunt make the transition into the home as easy as can be.
From our very first visit, when we were shown round, the team have given us time, reassurance and confidence in them.
They continue with this now, with all the team ensuring that my aunt is treated well, with everyone checking that she is ok and making her cups of tea (even knowing show she likes it!)
Thank-you to all the team for all that you have done, it is very much appreciated.

My wife became residential after being transferred from hospital in August last year she has multiple sclerosis and after I had a stay in hospital at the same time as my wife I was informed that I wasn't fit enough to look after her anymore we were given a few homes to look at but nothing with the
nursing care that was available to her that came close to rivaling the nursing care that she required
Since becoming a resident I have found the treatment she is receiving is both professional and caring the nursing staff are first class and the carers the same you get the loving personal touch as in holding her hand and asking if she needed anything all nice touches that give the feeling that nothing is too much trouble there are a lot of activities and trips out for those who want to participate all in all my wife is very happy with everything that is happening

Barchester Beaumont is a comfortable , clean and well managed care home.
The staff are well trained and demonstrate their commitment to care of the elderly.
If their is room for improvement it would be more thorough training in understanding life through the " eyes " of a blind person.

We chose Stamford Bridge Beaumont for respite care for my mum, and are delighted with our choice. Within a few minutes of mum arriving, she was being wheeled inside while the manager held an umbrella over her head, presented with a welcome back card, offered a choice of lunch, her room re-arranged
to suit her needs, and staff who had met her previously popping in to her room to catch up and see if she had everything she needed. The staff are exceptional in their warmth and friendliness, welcoming mum back into their home with a genuine desire to ensure she enjoys her stay and benefits from the additional support and safety that they can provide. From small things like remembering she doesn't like broccoli to big things like going out of their way to support her with pain management in the middle of the night. They provide care to mum with dignity and fun, and provide reassurance to us as a family with compassion and understanding.

'Thank you' most sincere to all the staff at the Barchester care home Stamford Bridge for the excellent care and nursing for my wife. So much love and support was given to her and myself whilst she was palliative care. They are great team, have working with an attitude 'that nothings is too much

Our parents arrived at this home during the COVID pandemic in October 2020. My brothers and are extremely grateful to the staff at Stamford Bridge Beaumont for the wonderful care that was given to our mum and dad. It was a huge wrench for them to leave their home and relocate to your care home so
that they could be cared for and nearer to us.
When they arrived we worried that mum's health was so poor that she would not survive long. However, thanks to the care she received from dedicated staff she was nursed back to good health and able to carry on, make new friends and enjoy being part of a community again as well as sharing 4 more years with dad. With their support, she was able to continue to care for him as his dementia progressed.
She spoke fondly of many of the staff as if they were members of her new family. This gave us all great comfort and we were able to see the positive effect it had in their smiling faces on our many visits.

Firstly without this wonderful home and excellent staff. From the cleaners, to the nursing staff, each and everyone of them are fantastic, caring and kind. We as a family would not have coped with dementia. The nursing care is truly something I've never experienced. The activities make my mum came
to life, especially the singing. I live in London and I'm always welcomed here with open arms. The food is so wonderful. My mum has started eating again.

Always welcomed when we arrive, with smiles and a feeling of happiness and friendly staff. The staff are always on the ball if any of the residents need attention of any kind.
My friend and I are more than happy with the care my friend's mother received here.

Nice in summer when we can go and sit outside.

I visit my husband at the care home on a regular basis, i.e. two/three times per week. He started off in a small room and after a number of months was moved to a larger room. The armchair in this room was very uncomfortable so I got him a new riser/recliner. There was no quilt on the bed so I
ordered him new bedding, including a quilt. The furniture in the room is so outdated and does not even resemble your TV adverts. For the money I have to pay out, with the help of the council, it does not give value for money.

Aunite has never been as contented and settled as she is in the Beaumont Care Home. She loves the staff, enjoys her food, has made friends and loves having her hair cut. Also, she enjoys having her nails polished.

Lovely welcome and greeting at reception. All staff friendly, helpful and polite. Lovely, well-presented surroundings, clean, light and airy. Loved the old photos of Stamford Bridge displayed on the walls. Personable and thoughtful little touches such as resident's birthdays of the month. Lots of
activities on offer, lovely range. Wow! What an amazing dining room, decor, menu and table settings, like a restaurant - what a lovely experience for residents. My aunt loves it here.

The care home team have been just superb, not only at looking after Mum but supporting and watching out for our family. Mum, sadly, passed away last month after a difficult few years. We could not have hoped for better care, support and an end to Mum's days. The care home staff work as a team, care
about their residents and to us, became a second family. The manager and deputy manager of the home have done such a good job creating a professional yet warm and caring environment.

I wish to compliment Barchester Stamford Bridge Beaumont Care Home for the excellent care my wife received there.
The management team's positive leadership has resulted in a lovely "family atmosphere" which has transformed the home.
Staff in every department have embraced the manager and deputy
managers' vision to provide an environment where everyone is valued.
When my wife was on "end-of-life care" the devotion and love shown by all the staff was wonderful and they could not have been more supportive.
The team at Stamford Bridge Beaumont deserve some recognition and praise for what they have achieved so far.
They should be commended.

Overall the care my great auntie receives is absolutely excellent. Nothing is too much trouble.
We as a family feel settled, reassured, comfortable, and at ease knowing our relative is receiving such great care and love. All the team from cleaners to management are fantastic and nothing is too much
trouble.
Our auntie has been with Beaumont for nearly a year and since day 1 she has received excellent care. Each time we visit we are always updated on anything whether it is that she's had a tough morning to that she's been out and about shopping with the activities team, communication with the carers and nurses is excellent.
