View Full Details of The Beeches Care HomeMy mam has been here since 2023 and so far I have no worries about her care the staff are excellent with her. Could not be more pleased. Also the home is very clean and her room is always spotless. Though some of her clothes are not hers. And there are one or two things missing from her room. I would like her brown bag replaced a photo of her with her sister. Also a navy blue dressing gown with pink hearts found. Thank you all for the hard work you are doing.
Carers always there when you need them, and wonderful with residents. Food is fab, no complaints. Management are good, always helpful. Lovely home, smart modernised refurbishments.
Prior to the new owners taking over, the home had become 'tired' and in need of updating, however since the new owners took over lots of changes have been made especially in the community and outside areas, these areas are now pleasant and welcoming for staff and residents to enjoy all the 'activities' and also each others company. My mother has always been cared for with respect and all her needs taken care of by all members of the Beeches staff.
Mum has been resident at the Beeches since September 2023. In that time she has always received the care we hoped for - kind and considerate staff and very careful nursing. There has been a noticable improvement in management in recent months, with far more attention to details such as providing podiatry and hairdressing. We are looking forward to Mum's 100th birthday in a few weeks, which we will celebrate along with the staff, who are arranging her 'party'!
My experience has been good Very Adapted staff to the Resident care and friendly to visitors. Staff well trained in care of Vulnerable Adults No concerns about care. Well structured Management. With regular Staff training
The staff here are all very friendly and helpful. Accommodation is very good. It is recently been refurbished to a high standard. My aunt always seems to be happy and well cared for.
Distinct lack of care and compassion from senior managers, lack of communication appears to be a lack of support to the carers community. Senior managers will not communicate with family. Too many agency staff resulting in continuity of care lacking.
I am very happy with my sister's treatment. The staff are always courteous and friendly and the management are very helpful and friendly, also. My sister has no capacity now and I feel that I have no worries at all about her welfare.
I have been overwhelmed by the standard of care, along with everything else at this home. I never expected nursing homes to be like this. I've been impressed.
Excellent care shown to my mother from all staff with no exceptions. Any queries are always dealt with quickly and efficiently.
I would recommend the Beeches nursing home to anyone. My mother settled in straight away, thanks to the caring, friendly staff who are her friends and family now. The food and activities are marvellous and nothing is too much trouble.
All of the staff have been very helpful. They are all very pleasant and very happy to let you know what is going on. I could not ask for more and would recommend the Beeches to anyone.
My husband was accepted into care in February 2022. As it is only a short time, I can't comment on his care - only to say that he is being cared for as I would like him to be.
The care received by my mother since moving in, in February 2020 has been excellent. I have felt informed and involved in all aspects of her care. The staff have gone above and beyond to make her comfortable and cared for. All the worry I felt has gone, and I am able to spend time (restrictions permitting) with my mother, knowing her care needs are being taken care of. My mother's care needs have increased, but the staff have responded well to these changes.
We get great pleasure in coming to see my brother. The staff and carers are very welcoming, and my brother is very happy. A very big "thank you".
I recommend this care provider as they are very helpful and understanding. The staff at the care home have looked after my uncle very well and also keeping in contact about his health and wellbeing.
My review is, The Beeches you can't fault it. The staff are superb, and nothing is too much for them.
We wish we could give an even higher rating. During the time my husband has been in The Beeches, the care given to him and his family has been second to none. During the last few weeks of his life, the devotion and care towards meeting every aspect of his needs and comfort has been exemplary. The staff have worked tirelessly throughout, and have been so professional and loving. We cannot thank them enough.
The staff are very friendly and really good at their job. They are all very kind to my sister and I don't worry about her. The food is excellent.
Friendly staff, pleasant surroundings. Not like going to a home. Would recommend to others. Good care of my husband for 5 months.
