I cannot speak more highly than to say what a wonderful happy place Roden Hall is and I have enjoyed my stay here it is such a happy place to be.

I have had both mum and dad in Roden Hall for 18 months, it was not an easy decision to put them into care. But from day 1, the staff have been exceptional. They are kind and care genuinely for the residents. I always feel that they are safe when I can't see them. During the most difficult times the management have been visible, available and supportive.

Made very welcome, enjoyed the activities which was varied and enjoyable, something for everyone, a good choice of food, staff very helpful, and a good choice of care.

Nan was treated with care, kindness and respect. She thoroughly relaxed as she settled into a more comfortable time, enjoying home cooked food, scenery and comfortable surroundings. It was thanks to the manager and teams hard work and effort that nan and her sister were reunited in her final weeks which meant the world to them both. Management, staff and care teams are all excellent. The event girls who took nan into the fresh air and gardens made her very happy. Thank you everyone!

"5 star care home" My dad has recently been in Roden Hall for respite and I can't praise them enough, the manager was amazing and completely there for us as a difficult time. She understood our needs, showed us around and answered our questions putting us at ease. All staff are wonderful and treated my dad with care and dignity. Beautiful modern home - thank you!

Would highly recommend Roden Hall to anyone. The staff are professional, caring and always very friendly. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The care my husband had was brilliant, the whole experience of Roden Hall was an excellent one and one I would recommend highly.

All of the staff have been wonderful to my mum and me. I could not have wished for a better place for Mum during her recovery. I would highly recommend Roden Hall 100%.

Visiting my sister-in-law for the second time today and am very impressed. The home is beautifully furnished throughout and her room is lovely. She has every convenience to hand. The staff are helpful, polite, and are at her call for whatever she wants. I am very impressed with every facility they have.

The home is clean and friendly. The residents appear happy. The food looks superb and the facilities are excellent. The staff are always courteous and polite to residents and visitors alike.

I have been visiting my friend at Roden Hall for the last 3 years. The staff are always professional and very helpful, and the rooms and facilities are first class. The activities provided are excellent and keep the residents thoroughly entertained. The home is more like a luxury hotel and I would definitely recommend it.

I recently stayed at Roden Hall on respite having had a fall and spent four weeks in hospital. I discovered Roden Hall online and from the promotional video seemed just what I was looking for. I booked in for two weeks. After only two nights I realised it bore no resemblance to what I had seen on the video, the food I was served was inedible. I complained, there was no apology and, it was to be the first of many complaints regarding the food. I suggest you remove the promotional video. Outside agencies are, I was informed, responsible for the poor food. There is a Chef/Cook on site. When she was in charge of the kitchen the meals were good. I found nothing that could describe Roden Hall as Luxurious and was in fact very disappointed. It was expensive because of the poor standard and payment had to be upfront. So on arriving home, I was surprised to receive an unpaid account for six thousand pounds.

We've found the care home to be well run with excellent staff in all areas. My mother received very good care from the staff, who themselves actually care.

Mum has been at Roden Hall for 5 years and was very happy she was very well cared for and couldn't ask for anymore.

We've found the care home to be well run with excellent staff in all areas. My mother received very good care from the staff, who themselves actually care.
