Mum has been resident for just 2 weeks, but I wanted to give a review of how things are going. Moving her to a home was a really tough decision. After a truly horrendously planned/executed discharge from Telford Hospital, mum arrived late Friday evening. I'm grateful for how staff handled this &
accepted her in despite the rushed/botched discharge. It had only been two days prior that I visited for the first time & was impressed by the home, the facilities & every member of staff I encountered. It was clean, tidy, homely & it just felt 'right'. Sam & Chelsie have been stars, as have all the nurses & carers (of which there seems many). On arrival, a few things weren't right for mum (no fault of the home) but they went out of their way to reassure that things would be remedied & they all were. You get a sense of a genuine "nothing is too much trouble". For the first time in years I felt I could relax knowing mum is in safe hands. Mum has adjusted far quicker than I thought possible.

All the staff at Roden Hall are very kind, caring and thoughtful. The facilities are very very good from activities to all the great craft that goes on in the craft room. The singer in March was excellent.

Since dad arrived at Roden Hall Care Home his care from both the care staff and management team have been exemplary. The facilities at Roden Hall have been excellent and the professionalism of all is excellent as well. It's more than a job to the staff and they are making his final days very
peaceful.

I cannot speak more highly than to say what a wonderful happy place Roden Hall is and I have enjoyed my stay here it is such a happy place to be.

I have had both mum and dad in Roden Hall for 18 months, it was not an easy decision to put them into care. But from day 1, the staff have been exceptional. They are kind and care genuinely for the residents. I always feel that they are safe when I can't see them. During the most difficult times the
management have been visible, available and supportive.

Made very welcome, enjoyed the activities which was varied and enjoyable, something for everyone, a good choice of food, staff very helpful, and a good choice of care.

Nan was treated with care, kindness and respect. She thoroughly relaxed as she settled into a more comfortable time, enjoying home cooked food, scenery and comfortable surroundings. It was thanks to the manager and teams hard work and effort that nan and her sister were reunited in her final weeks
which meant the world to them both.
Management, staff and care teams are all excellent. The event girls who took nan into the fresh air and gardens made her very happy. Thank you everyone!

"5 star care home" My dad has recently been in Roden Hall for respite and I can't praise them enough, the manager was amazing and completely there for us as a difficult time. She understood our needs, showed us around and answered our questions putting us at ease. All staff are wonderful and treated
my dad with care and dignity. Beautiful modern home - thank you!

Would highly recommend Roden Hall to anyone. The staff are professional, caring and always very friendly. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The care my husband had was brilliant, the whole experience of Roden Hall was an excellent one and one I would recommend highly.

All of the staff have been wonderful to my mum and me. I could not have wished for a better place for Mum during her recovery. I would highly recommend Roden Hall 100%.

Visiting my sister-in-law for the second time today and am very impressed. The home is beautifully furnished throughout and her room is lovely. She has every convenience to hand. The staff are helpful, polite, and are at her call for whatever she wants. I am very impressed with every facility they
have.

The home is clean and friendly. The residents appear happy. The food looks superb and the facilities are excellent.
The staff are always courteous and polite to residents and visitors alike.

I have been visiting my friend at Roden Hall for the last 3 years. The staff are always professional and very helpful, and the rooms and facilities are first class.
The activities provided are excellent and keep the residents thoroughly entertained. The home is more like a luxury hotel and I would
definitely recommend it.
