Mary entered Bush House after a fall and a spell in hospital. At that time she was finding life very difficult and the change in the environment was very beneficial for her. It took a while for her to settle in but the dedicated staff made her comfortable and relaxed. I visit every day and
experience firsthand how well she is looked after and the different personalities of the carers give variety to her day. I can't praise the staff and the environment enough for helping Mary through these difficult times and thank all the staff for doing such an excellent job.
