My mum is a new resident at Springbanks Nursing home so far her experience has been positive and staff have gone out of their way to provide the best care. We as a family are very happy with her placement and overall care. We feel listened to and staff always try and see to all of mums needs. Hoping mum once settled enjoys her new home.

My mother moved into Springbank Care Home during January 2025. I have found that the staff, place and general level of care, empathy, understanding and patience to be excellent and heartfully appreciated. The care home itself is always immaculately presented, clean and airy, a pleasure to visit. The food is always well prepared, nutrious and tasty. Mum's care seems to be met perfectly.

Gentle care given to my mother, and close attention paid to her. Apart from nursing duties, all staff enjoyed mam, often sitting to chat with her, her quick wit had staff genuinely laughing a lot. This, I believe, is just as important as the physical side of looking after all the residents. TLC is practised at Springbank to the letter. Nowhere in the world could anybody be expected to find 100% perfection at a nursing home but Springbank put 100% effort into achieving that goal. The welcome and treatment of me, my family and all my mum's visitors was always warm, supportive, helpful and genuine. We feel, with our mam, totally at home and me and my daughter will continue to visit staff and residents we became friends with.

I have lived at Springbank for over 5 years now and am moving on to assisted living, Springbank have helped me to be independent again and for that I will be forever grateful. The staff have been amazing and always helpful. The management team there are amazing and two members of staff in particular have been the best support over the years. as well as another two staff members and the cat, she has been the best therapy. Thank you all so much

My mum was only in Springbank Nursing Home for a few weeks before her passing but I can honestly say it was one of the best decisions I made. From the day I first went to visit the Home I knew it was the right place for Mum. The Home itself was lovely and bright with fabulous atmosphere - everyone I met was super professional but so friendly and caring and I actually made an instant decision there and then that this was the right place for Mum. I cannot praise enough the care of the staff from the staff who cleaned mum's room, the staff who did the laundry, the caterers and chefs and especially the Carers and the Nurses who made Mum's final weeks and days as comfortable as they could be. Nothing was too much trouble and the love, kindness, respect and care given to both Mum and me was second to none. Thank you

I arrived last October having lived in Thailand for 16 years. I came home because of ill health and have been treated with kindness, gentleness, dignity and humour by all of the staff. I cannot sing their praises enough.

The staff are always so friendly and helpful. They really go the extra mile, even for those who cannot access the activities. My mother has dementia and they are endlessly patient with her.

Myself and my family feel that Dad is very happy here. The staff are all lovely and Dad is happy. They are always warm and welcoming and happy to help. We are very happy that they had a room for Dad and he is very happy as well.

After time in hospital Dad entered Springbank Nursing Home on 10th July. He was completely bedridden, weak and emaciated. Since 10th July, the care he has received is first class. His weight has improved, he can walk aided by the zimmer frame, he can feed himself again sitting in a chair at the table. The staff are friendly and caring and encourage him to speak to them. He has settled well in his room and shows huge improvement. I am very grateful for the care he is receiving.

Thanks to all the staff for their care and attention. Thanks for giving my wife and mother back to us. Without you we would have lost them. No word can say how grateful we are to you.

My brother has been a resident at Springbank since September 2022 for end-of-life care and sadly passed away on 23.04.23. During that time, we could not have wished for better care for him and support for us. He was kept comfortable and pain-free right to the end. Fabulous home, fabulous care, fabulous staff - totally fabulous!

Both parents were placed in care together; unfortunately, Mum passed in January 2019 - both with medical needs and dementia. Dad loves it in the home, and we find the staff very caring; they have a gentle approach to him. The care is five stars; they contact us immediately if anything is needed or Dad needs company because he's upset. Activities are great fun, and there's always something to do to keep him occupied.

Since my mother came to you five years ago, I could see from the start the home was very homely. Her room has been excellent for her and she has settled there, she is quite at home. I have noticed that the care given to her has been outstanding, and I do not have any concerns at all. The staff have been very caring towards her and have treated me very respectfully.

My mother was in residence here for four years and we feel she was well looked after. The staff were always approachable. Any issues with her we were told as needed.

Since both of my very elderly parents have stayed here, all the staff have provided 100% customer service and nothing is any trouble if they request anything. Both my parents are very happy here and have made many friends.

Extremely happy with the care and support given to my father. Wonderful staff and he has been very comfortable and made to feel at home. Only placed there as a stop-gap to the homecare package, but if/when he requires full-time care, Springbank will be top of our list.
