Gentle care given to my mother, and close attention paid to her. Apart from nursing duties, all staff enjoyed mam, often sitting to chat with her, her quick wit had staff genuinely laughing a lot. This, I believe, is just as important as the physical side of looking after all the residents. TLC is practised at Springbank to the letter. Nowhere in the world could anybody be expected to find 100% perfection at a nursing home but Springbank put 100% effort into achieving that goal. The welcome and treatment of me, my family and all my mum's visitors was always warm, supportive, helpful and genuine. We feel, with our mam, totally at home and me and my daughter will continue to visit staff and residents we became friends with.

Since 10th July, the care he has received is first class. His weight has improved, he can walk aided by the zimmer frame, he can feed himself again sitting in a chair at the table. The staff are friendly and caring and encourage him to speak to them. He has settled well in his room and shows huge improvement. I am very grateful for the care he is receiving.

Springbank is blessed with beautiful lounges and excellent facilities which enable us to deliver the best care possible. The home has a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere and residents are cared for with compassion and dedication.
