Mam has been at Ascot for just short of 4 months, has her own room and facilities and is well liked and looked after by staff. It puts us at ease to know she is happy and looked after.

My mum was admitted to the care home from the hospital late on Christmas Eve, which was a traumatic experience for her, and her family was considerably eased by the care and kindness shown by the staff in the home. Whilst here, the home has undergone a management transition, which has definitely
helped. They are approachable and very willing to discuss mum's needs. The food is outstanding!

Ascot has always been friendly, efficient, etc. Then a new manger arrived perhaps coincidental with new owners and improvements happened. A new manager arrived and standards fell. Now with a new manager change, again improvements and communications with residents, seemingly to continue. Overall,
our family member is happy as possible and well cared for.
