My husband was offered a place in Ael Y Bryn for respite care while I had surgery, he was booked in for two weeks a situation he was not happy with which caused him to be a bit grumpy however I found the staff to be unfailingly helpful and polite. The managers went out of their way to help when my
surgery was cancelled and we had to arrange to bring my husband home again. So instead of two weeks he was only there for two nights because of this I will not be able to complete all the questions on the questionnaire as his stay was too short but I would have no problem in recommending Ael Y Bryn.

Outstanding service and level of care. I visit often on different days and at different times if the day and evening. I have never once seen the staff having a 'bad day' and I have seen some challenging situations, but they have always shown the highest level of professionalism, care and good
humour. I love going to visit my mum and all the other residents. It genuinely feels like 'home from home'. Mums is happy and enjoys the company of the other residents, she partakes in the myriad of activities and day trips on offer. Can't praise the home enough.
