I am very impressed of with the standard of care my daughter is receiving at Eastbury Nursing Home the staff are brilliant, very caring, kind, efficient, alert and respectful. The food is excellent, and the atmosphere is lovely between patients and staff. I have no complaints what so ever, only gratitude.

My sister is cared for and supported at Eastbury Nursing home to an exceptional level. The staff are fantastic to her and her needs are met by friendly and efficient care.

The Eastbury Nursing Home has excellent management, they are looking after my friend so well, he is doing ok, looking well. I am very pleased with the staff and management.

I do keep visiting my school friend. I am very happy to see him very well cared for in the last four to five years being here, and I can't see any change because he looks the same. That proves he has been looked after and cared for best. As I said before, I am very happy he is in good hands and his appetite is good; he must put on weight. All I can say is thank goodness there are good places like this to care for people in need. Thank you to all staff and management.

Experienced, hard working friendly staff as always, a member of staff has always run a great number of staff and is always approachable. As always I would love to see a change of furniture in the main lounge area. However, I am very pleased with the care given to my sister, she is been in residence many years and may it continue.

I can do what I like here, which is a good thing. The staff are very helpful. The food is good. We can go down to the shops anytime I wish.

Overall it is an amazing place, they do care for the residents so well! Very friendly staff, always happy and very welcoming. I like visiting, the home makes me so relaxed, they are hard-working staff. Very happy.

Every one helps me. I am grateful for all the staff. I enjoy going out with staff and the excellent care staff. They give me a choice of what to do on a day to day basis.

I feel that my brother's care and attention has been good. He seems to be happy and settled now. I come to see my brother as much as I can, he does not like me to come too often, I live in Wales and he says that it's a long journey. But of course I do like to see my brother when I can and as much as I can. Thank you so much for the care and kindness you have all shown to my brother.

Very proactive, kind and considerate. I feel like Dad is in safe hands, they are very patient with him and always friendly and accommodating. A great care home with wonderful and caring staff.

My resident has been here twenty-three years and he's always treated well and cared for in a family way, even though she can be difficult at times. I am extremely grateful for her care.

My wife suffers from dementia. In the three years, she has been at the home, her mobility has gone completely, and her dementia is now complete. This, no doubt, is the nature of her disease, but somewhat disappointing nevertheless. I know the staff have done their best to support her, and I am grateful for that.

My father has always been treated with care and dignity throughout his time at Eastbury House. The staff have always kept me abreast with any details regarding my father's health and well-being. The home is always well kept, clean and warm and my father is in very good hands. I feel very supported with regard to my father's needs.
