My mum has been a resident for 14 months at Adelaide House. It is the most wonderful place, and I have never seen her happier; she is so settled. We have both been supported in every way possible. This is an exceptional care home and I would highly recommend.

My father has only been here for a few weeks, but already seems at home. The staff are lovely, friendly and helpful and are open to any suggestions we may have. The home is clean and the food is fresh and tasty.

The care that my grandfather-in-law has received in the last 6 months has been of the most compassionate that I have witnessed. Even during some challenging moments, I have felt full support from the care staff, as has my GF in law. Nothing has been too much to ask and any requests have been acknowledged and arranged where possible. Thank you.

Excellent staff. Always very attentive to all the residents. Can visit anytime, staff & welcome always consistently good. Well maintained. Overall, absolutely delighted!!

My mum's life has improved significantly since she's moved to Adelaide House. She is stimulated, has a sense of purpose and energy for life again. The staff team are incredible and I can't than them enough for the work they do. Their care & attention is exemplary. Thank you for everything you've done.

Since Dad moved in, I have found all staff friendly and caring. Nurses are knowledgeable and easy to approach with concerns. They provide great activities and listens to residents suggestions. Home is clean and maintained. Food is of a good quality even though my dad is fussy.

From day one I had a good feeling about Adelaide house. Everyone is very friendly and very accommodating to my mum's needs. The activities are really good, and there is always something going on. The home let us hold a baby shower a few months ago and they went out of their way to help us, so it was wonderful that our mum could join in.

My mother has been at Adelaide House for 18 months now. Everybody working here is very kind and helpful. They always work with a smile on their faces. As my mother is bed bound everything can be challenging but there are no problems and all tasks are taken on readily.

Mum really enjoys the home, staff are fantastic, food is excellent. There are lots of events, activities. We are always made welcome when we visit.

The staff are all professional, helpful and polite. My mum went through a very traumatic time before moving to the home but she has been treated very well in the time she has spent here. The menus seem nutritional and varied. Overall, I couldn't wish for my mum to be anywhere else.

Adelaide House Care Home has been so welcoming and warm. They have made my Nan feel part of the family and we all enjoy coming to visit and join in with the activities!

The staff at Adelaide House Care Home are outstanding, so friendly, helpful and supportive. The house is lovely and my dad has a very nice and well-equipped room. I am very happy to have my dad stay here and feel safe knowing he is taken care of.

Cannot fault Mum and Dad's stay here. The staff are very friendly and supportive. We feel like one big family.

The staff have always been friendly and helpful, they are very attentive with my dad and treat him with respect and dignity. My dad has a lot of appreciation for the staff due to how well he is looked after and cared for. The only complaint he has is that the food is not always to his liking but overall the home is excellent. In my opinion, there are plenty of options for meals and the food looks great. I am happy with the care my dad receives and grateful he has such a nice environment to live in.

The interaction with the events coordinators is excellent. The medical support is excellent. The food seems quite variable, sometimes good, sometimes poor. Maybe a chair in the rooms would be good so they don't have to be in bed all the time, if safe.
