Thank you for your feedback. We are delighted to hear of your positive experience with our events coordinators and medical support team. Your comments about the food are important to us and we will share them with our catering team to ensure consistency and improvements where needed. Regarding the suggestion for a chair in the rooms, we can assure you that all residents do have a chair in their room but we appreciate your input and will assess the feasibility and safety of additional seating options to enhance comfort for visitors. Sometimes we have recommendations from specialist services and they may suggest a resident should have limited time sitting and to rest in bed for periods of time. We do always try to encourage residents out of bed whenever possible as we recognize this is of benefit to their physical and mental health.
