Overall, absolutely delighted!!

My mum's life has improved significantly since she's moved to Adelaide House. She is stimulated, has a sense of purpose and energy for life again. The staff team are incredible and I can't than them enough for the work they do. Their care & attention is exemplary. Thank you for everything you've done.

Since Dad moved in, I have found all staff friendly and caring. Nurses are knowledgeable and easy to approach with concerns. They provide great activities and listens to residents suggestions. Home is clean and maintained. Food is of a good quality even though my dad is fussy.

From day one I had a good feeling about Adelaide house. Everyone is very friendly and very accommodating to my mum's needs. The activities are really good, and there is always something going on. The home let us hold a baby shower a few months ago and they went out of their way to help us, so it was wonderful that our mum could join in.

My mother has been at Adelaide House for 18 months now. Everybody working here is very kind and helpful. They always work with a smile on their faces. As my mother is bed bound everything can be challenging but there are no problems and all tasks are taken on readily.

The staff are all professional, helpful and polite. My mum went through a very traumatic time before moving to the home but she has been treated very well in the time she has spent here. The menus seem nutritional and varied. Overall, I couldn't wish for my mum to be anywhere else.

The staff at Adelaide House Care Home are outstanding, so friendly, helpful and supportive. The house is lovely and my dad has a very nice and well-equipped room. I am very happy to have my dad stay here and feel safe knowing he is taken care of.

The interaction with the events coordinators is excellent. The medical support is excellent. The food seems quite variable, sometimes good, sometimes poor. Maybe a chair in the rooms would be good so they don't have to be in bed all the time, if safe.

I have always found all the staff at Adelaide House very friendly and helpful when I visit. They all seem very caring and treat residents with respect.

My sister is well looked after and the staff are very friendly and helpful which I find reassuring.

My mum has settled into Adelaide House Care Home very quickly, she is 100% happy. The care she is receiving is excellent. This is down to the caring staff here. I would recommend this care home to everyone. Mum loves the food and activities.

After a recent visit, I can see improvements throughout the home, it is spotlessly clean, staff is very pleasant and always friendly. Food and drinks are always available and much laughter and chat with residents. We are very satisfied with the care and facilities provided.

My mother-in-law stayed at Adelaide House for five weeks. The care and attention they gave her was excellent. The home was light and bright. The staff are so caring and friendly. I would not hesitate to recommend Adelaide House to those looking for excellent care for a member of their family.

The staff are so professional and kind. My mum receives a high standard of care. If she is ever unwell or needs anything brought for her, they always let me know, so caring. She is well looked after and so healthy and happy here. Lovely atmosphere, happy (and clean). I really would never want her living anywhere else! Staff make so much effort to engage with residents and care for their residents.

My experience and observation on day-to-day observations are of good service, kind care from all staff, always ready to help the residents, the whole place is kept in good order, and a calm situation for the residents.

It relates to every day because the care my mother receives is of a very high standard. For her health needs and that of her personal needs and that of her mental health needs. My mother looks well and is far more responsive. The team are amazing. Thank you so much.
