My mother has been a resident in Marina Care Home for 4 years and has received excellent care and attention. All staff are extremely attentive and ensure all my mothers needs are met. She has been given excellent support through a difficult time.

My wee mum in law is so content. Staff are a real lifeline. They all go beyond there job spoiling and great care and dentaion to each resident. Actives are brilliant and she loves so much getting involve. The cleaniness is amazing.

Lovely to see my aunt being so well looked after by all of the staff. They are so dedicated and caring, and they do such a wonderful job. Keep up the amazing work!!!

My mother is always sitting clean and tidy when I visit. Management and staff are so friendly at all times, nothing is ever a bother to them. If there are any changes with mum's well being I am informed right away. The home is kept so clean and tidy at all times. Mum is very content in the home. She
loves getting her hair done and taking part in the activities.

My mother is always in clean clothing and comfortable in clean, warm bedding. Also, for me, the simple thing of no hairs visible on her face is so pleasing to see, especially since there is little verbal communication and I sit quietly beside Mum. The staff have always been kind, helpful and
respectful. I have never received an unwelcoming demeanour. Also, the care home is kept very clean, tidy and fresh. I would just like to say thank you on behalf of myself and siblings.

My mum has been in the Marina Care home for 2.5 years now. As a family, were extremely happy with her care. She gets her hair done weekly and sessions of reflexology once a month. Mum is very well looked after and is really happy and all the staff are so friendly and caring and would go that extra
mile for you.

I would recommend Marina Care Home to any person looking for care for a family member. My wife has been in Marina Care Home for over 4 years and is treated with great support and dignity. The staff at Marina Care Home are so helpful and friendly. The food and support my wife gets are second to none.
Her clothes in her room are always so clean. It's great to know that Marina Care Home is on the top twenty care homes list. I'm so glad that I got my wife into Marina Care Home.

My aunt was a resident in Marina Care Home for eight weeks, after two weeks in hospital, before she was able to return home. She received care that was first class. It was care of a personal nature and was evident from the very first evening she arrived after being released from hospital. I visited
her two to three times each week during her stay and saw first-hand the personal relationship she had built with the staff and the excellent caring attention she received with staff often going above and beyond their duties. Whilst my aunt was delighted to be able to return home, she was very sad to leave the personalities she had forged a bond with.

Fantastic home from home. Nothing is too much trouble for them. My father can be challenging, but the staff are fantastic at working with him. Very caring environment, clean as a whistle. Very good food. Fantastic nursing care and nurses.

Marina Care Home staff have been excellent in every way. As a family, we have been so very impressed with Dad's care. Everyone is so very friendly and thoughtful, seeing to Dad's every need. We as a family, have been brilliantly looked after with numerous cups of tea, coffee, cake and biscuits, we
could not speak higher of this fantastic care home.

I am extremely confident that my aunt is being well looked after and cared for in the Marina Care Home. She always has a good word to say about the staff and they couldn’t be more friendly or helpful and make everyone feel very welcome when visiting.

Our mother came into the home two years ago and she was very ill. Now she is in better health due to the care and attention she receives from all staff. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The home always smells fresh and clean.

My mother is extremely well looked after in Marina. All of the staff are so caring. The food is exceptional. Mum is well settled in Marina and I'm personally extremely grateful to each and every one of the staff. This is so reassuring to know Mum is safe and happy at Marina. My review would be 5

My father came into Marina Care Home on 18/7/23. he died 2/9/23.
During that period Dad's care by all the staff was excellent. The care and support they gave Dad and ourselves was first class.
Nothing was ever a problem. They went over and above to be supportive. Food and cleanliness, were
second to none.
Highly recommend this home, and thank you to them all. The scores reflect this home.
