My son who was rendered quadriplegic by covid in 2020 was moved to Kings Lodge in 2021 the care and kindness shown to him by the staff could not have been better if they were related to him.

Quite simply, the staff at Kings Lodge are amazing. The level of care and patience is second to none. My brother in law spent the final few years of his life here and he could not have been loved or cared for any better.

Quality of care superb, flexible and totally committed to meet our loved ones needs. This feels like home and the friendly environment has made the experience reassuring and has improved our love ones quality of life significantly. The attention to detail and proactively respond has meant that we
feel the experience has been far better than we could of imagined.

The staff in Kings Lodge are the most professional, caring, considerate and most of all kind to both the patients and their family. It feels more like a family than a nursing home, they are always on hand no matter what they are doing, everything is always clean and well kept. Well done to the best

Kings Lodge have provided truly outstanding care to my brother after he was admitted due to Covid. From the very beginning, the kindness, compassion and genuine attention shown by every member of staff both to David and our family has been remarkable. They have cared for him as if he was one of
their own relatives, always going above and beyond to ensure his comfort, dignity & wellbeing. It is clear this is not just a job to any of them. Our family will forever be grateful for the exceptional care and support!

Our journey started 6 years ago due to Covid, David has been here for 4/5 year, the level of love and care has been incredible, not only to our David but to our entire family. I wouldn't have wanted David anywhere else, my wonderful husband is dying and I can't tell you how amazing all the staff
have been, absolutely outstanding.

The staff are attentive, friendly and work with the clients' interests. My sister is well looked after, she is stimulated, has people around her to talk to. All in all she is happy here, which is my main concern.

I am blown away by the exceptional care my wife Lynette has received at Kings Lodge centre for complex care in Surrey! Today happens to be her birthday, and the staff went above and beyond to make her feel special. As always, they have shown kindness, compassion and professionalism. Their dedication
to providing top notch care is truly commendable. I am so grateful to have this facility in our community. Thank you to the entire team for making my wife's birthday so special. Have made a real difference in our lives.

I came into Kings Lodge to visit my beloved sister Lynette. She is looking very relaxed, clean, tidy, comfortable and well cared for by the staff. Always happy seeing and spending time with my sister. Staff members are very friendly, supportive, caring and empathetic. It feels good to know my sister

We couldn't have asked for a better care home for mum. Kings Lodge has been the most peaceful and caring environment for mum to be in, after a tough year of illness. The team have all been so kind and thoughtful to mum and to the rest of us too, and you can see them doing the same to all residents.
We are very grateful to them all and would highly recommend Kings Lodge.

My brother has been living at Kings Lodge for some time now, and I am so grateful for the care he receives. The staff are not only skilled in supporting his medical needs but also incredibly kind and patient. They treat him with dignity and always make the effort to include him in daily life, which
makes such a difference.
The home feels welcoming and safe, and the atmosphere is calm and caring. As a family, we're kept informed and involved, which gives us real peace of mind. It's clear that everyone here genuinely cares about the residents, and I can see how much effort they put into enriching everyone's life.
I can't thank the team enough for the compassion and dedication they show every day. I would wholeheartedly recommend Kings Lodge to anyone looking for a place where their loved one will be truly cared for.

The staff are caring beyond words. Attentive and reassuring they have so much time for patients listening to them and meeting and identifying there needs.

We attended the BBQ what a lovely day. Everyone from staff managers and other family members. Food excellent plenty of it drinks plenty choice. Well done everyone. You need to get supermarkets and stores to donate food/drink etc for raffle prizes.

My sister is very well looked after. She seems to be very happy here, there is plenty of activities in the home which keep she is very happy with. My sister has been in the care home since December and has settled in very nicely. The staff are very friendly and welcoming when we come to visit our
sister and always inform us of what she has been doing regarding activities or had a lovely walk around the garden.

My sister has been in the care home since December 2024. I have found the environment very bright and welcoming, with lots of stimulates and activities for the clients to get involved with. The staff are very friendly and informative. My sister's care has been excellent. My sister seems to be
settled and happy, her nursing care is excellent and the nurses are always ready to update on anything you want to ask. I am looking forward to the family BBQ in the garden, which is beautiful.

Lovely place, excellent care and kind, warm, understanding staff.
Cannot fault them for anything they always go above and beyond. Highly recommend this facility.

My wife came to Kings Lodge in January 2025 after having a stroke following an operation. She has been very well cared for by the staff and her smiles to show her approval are the means of which she operates here as she cannot speak. We are delighted with the care shown every day in this happy home
in Surrey. The rooms are excellent and the outlook is wonderful.

Kings Lodge Care Home for complex needs has provided not only a skilled, caring environment for our relative, but also a team approach with their family which is supportive, open and informative. We have just been supported in a long DST meeting, which went into depth on every aspect of their needs.
The duty manager led this meeting and provided a masterclass in communicating the reality of complex needs and the particular care of our relative. Thank you!

I genuinely don't know what we'd do without Kings Lodge Center for complex needs. It's the only place where I know my dear dad is safe. After 17 years of harrowing decline and nearly 2 years of my dad being passed around hospitals and care homes like an unwanted sack of potatoes. We found sanctuary,
knowledge and real support here. The worry used to give me panic attacks, now he's safe!
