Staff are helpful, kind & always on hand to assist even when very busy. A big hand to all of the staff, couldn't be better.

Since moving in I can only say everyone is exceptional. Smiling, always on hand if theres a problem. All staff wave and speak, even if with another resident.

We have been very happy with how my Mum has been cared for. At all times the staff & management have been very approachable and more than willing to help with any queries we have had. The staff are aware that my Mum is very anxious & it has been observed that they are very attentive when we are leaving.

Overall the home seems pleasant. Staff are friendly. Helpful if you ask a question. Downside is I experienced a resident having to wait over an hour to use the toilet because she needed to be hoisted and the staff member that could do this was on their lunch break. When I left the resident was still waiting. Not acceptable in my opinion.

A lovely care home where the staff seem to be so kind, caring and friendly, with activities and trips out to keep the residents occupied. Mum has been extremely well looked after here and appears very happy. Thank you all.

The staff are welcoming and pleasant the outside and inside are well looked after and clean. The staff are helpful and understanding of the complex/specific needs of my aunt. My visits are always difficult and upsetting but the support of the staff makes it easier.

I only know the resident through our church family roll. She is a widow with no family & few friends, as she tends to be rude to people. I have taken her shopping & on days out for more than 10 years, but she is not at all appreciative. Your staff have a lot to put up with!

All the staff have been brilliant, always friendly and helpful. The facilities are always tidy and clean. I come at all times of the day and have never had a problem parking or accessing the home. P.S. The food is pretty good.

My aunt had some short notice respite here and the team were incredible, they supported my family through a difficult and stressful time but most importantly they treated my aunt with such kindness and exceptional care we really couldn't be happier and highly recommend this home, the staff were so helpful and accommodating and even made a fuss of her departure thank you so much

Apart from one major hiccup, I have been very happy with Mum's care. Full-time staff are great but I wanted to say that the agency staff need checking more.

From the very first visit, I found the staff to be caring, friendly & passionate about their patients & work. The atmosphere within Nightingales is warm & friendly. My sadness is that my friend was not there long enough to enjoy this fully. I was, however, glad that she was able to stay there where she was cared for with love & dignity. Thank you all.

I have only visited three times, but I am quite impressed. The staff are lovely. If I was a patient, I would be very happy to be looked after by the staff. It's nice to see the patients being kept active and amused. Apparently, the food is very good. Overall, a very nice, caring place.

My mum was admitted to Coast Care Centre from Hospital and since she has been there she has received the upmost care, her room is lovely and the staff are very helpful they don't just plonk them in front of a television they have days out and keep the residents entertained.

Generally very good care although my relatives wishes are not always easy for them to express. Some foods issues but usually addressed. The room is clean and tidy and has been personalised as much as possible. Communication with staff is excellent

Excellent. Mum is settled, safe and happy and is taking part in lots of activities. Very impressed by staff who are very friendly, always on-hand to help, and pro-actively keep me informed of any issues. Thank you.

I can't speak highly enough of here. The support they have given him and myself is amazing. He is the best he has been since last July after a major stroke. The activities and nursing is brilliant. Thank you all.

Coast Care Centre is a light, bright facility with staff to match. Every single member of staff I have spoken to/dealt with has been polite, kind, very caring and informative. My husband is very well cared for and his surroundings are the best.

The staff show exceptional caring for residents, taking time to get to know individual needs. The staff certainly earn their probably below average wages, and do so with a smile. We have always been impressed by the general atmosphere of the home, and cleanliness of the place.

My Mother was placed into Coast Care from being in hospital. My Mother has dementia and can get extremely unsettled but Coast Care have amazing staff who have really worked hard to make her feel at home and settled.
