Very helpful staff, kind to residents. Very clean, communication from staff excellent, mums room clean with bathroom and toilet opposite and lift down close. Would recommend to anyone considering putting a loved one in a care home.

My Mother came to this care home in 2020 my Mother is always clean, comfortable, and well cared for. The staff are wonderful and so caring. My Mother likes all the trips out and activities in the home.

I'm very happy that my friend was allocated this care home. The staff are so caring and friendly with the residents, when I leave my friend at the end of the visit, I have peace of mind knowing that she is in a very safe and caring environment.

My family is grateful for the staff's care for my Brother and the love shown. My Brother is non-verbal and totally depends on the staff to decide/know what he needs and he always looks happy when we visit him. Thank you.

I find Kelstone Curt a very welcoming place. The carers/nurses are thoughtful and friendly, also willing to explain and give you an update on how my father has been during the day/week.

My father has been cared for over the past two years. I live abroad and always just turn up unexpectedly to visit. My father is always clean, comfortable and well cared for. Every member of the staff is kind, caring and friendly.

I was very pleased with my mother's haircut (wash and blow dry) carried out by the mobile hairdresser. I find the nursing home very welcoming to the relatives of the residents, while the residents are always kept very clean and well-dressed. The carers are very vigilant, watching the residents every
move and if any one of them is distressed they try to calm them down. At meal times, they encourage the residents to finish their food. I am very happy with the care my parents are receiving here.

My mother-in-law has been a resident for nearly two years. The home is very clean and improvements have been made to increase the home to an excellent standard. The team/management takes excellent care of the residents in their care, they are treated with dignity and respect and well catered for,
keep up the excellent work.

My nan has been staying at Kelstone Court and the care she's received has been excellent. The staff are incredibly kind, attentive, and professional, always making sure she is comfortable and well looked after. The facilities are clean, well-maintained, and create a homely environment. We appreciate
the personal touches and the regular communication, which gives us peace of mind. My family and I are incredibly grateful for all the heroes at Kelstone Court that always go above and beyond!

Excellent care for my mother-in-law and staff are always welcoming and friendly. Since the refurbishment, the whole place is even brighter and so thoughtfully decorated. New furniture has also improved the day room and the garden in a lovely place for residents to share when the weather is good.

My mother has been cared for at the home since May this year. She feels safe and secure because the staff understand the needs of dementia patients and adhere to necessary guidelines to keep all the residents safe. My sister and I would recommend this care home due to the level of nursing care
provided. The facilities are clean and the food is very good with lots o f encouragement and help to eat and drink.

We have found Kelstone Court to be a very welcoming home. My wife is treated very well by all the staff who all know us by name now. The home is clean and well maintained. I feel my wife has a very good diet and is given the option of a different meal/dessert if she doesn't like something.

Kelstone Court Nursing Home is a lovely home. My mum is always clean and well presented. She always has a smile on her face which is an indication that she is happy. The staff are always happy and approachable. They are always willing to help where necessary. The clients are treated with dignity.
The environment is always clean, tidy and warm.
