Having not been through picking a nursing home before from the moment my family and I stepped through the door we felt the care, attention and love that Orchard House provides. All the staff are welcoming and are so good with our mum that we do not worry about leaving her there, which gives us all
as a family peace of mind.

I find Orchard House always friendly the staff are always keen to help and please, there's always someone popping in to chat to my mum, I know she is very happy here, and I know she is well cared for and safe, and very happy here. Orchard House is always clean, tidy and warm.

My uncle has received excellent care and everytime I visit, I can see improvement. The staff are professional and caring to the residents and always keep you up to date on how my loved one is doing. When I leave I am rest assurred that he is receiving good treatment. I would like to mention Georgina
& Ronan, who always keep me informed of how uncle is.

My mother been here over a year now. Her care has been excellent. She did have some communication issues not being a good English speaker but settled in after a time. Staff are always polite & helpful.

From day one Orchard house staff have been wonderful. My wife and l turned up unannounced and were invited in for a cup of tea and a chat. They showed us around the home. The kitchen is clean, the rooms are spacious and light and the garden is a beautiful, peaceful place. The management helped
straight away and made every effort to make my aunts move as pleasant and easy as they possibly could. Which we are grateful for. We looked at many other nursing homes but felt Orchard house was perfect for my aunt.

We visited my Aunt who moved to the nursing home recently after a cancer diagnosis. She had previously been independent, so this has been a huge change for her, and she has understandably had trouble adjusting to her new environment. But she recognises that this is a safe place for her, where they
can help with pain relief, and also her future care when she deteriorates and needs palliative care. The nursing home have been so helpful in trying to help her settle in, and have been proactive in helping to resolve any issues that arise. We spoke to the very helpful deputy manager, Georgiana, during our visit (a meeting that was easy to arrange) to discuss future care planning for our Aunt, and I'm so glad we did. Also, the local GP has been regularly seeing my Aunt to help with her care. Thank you Orchard House! We know our Aunt is safe and well looked after with you.

All seems to be good for April's care, and medical needs.

The care and support is exceptional. They are treating my Aunt with dignity, giving her time and space to settle in. The staff are kind, caring and friendly. The management run the home efficiently and communication is prompt and clear. The home is spotless and the rooms are bright and airy. The
menu is updated weekly with a variety of nutritional fresh food. There is onsite parking and the garden is beautiful with a summer house and canopy for shade. Orchard House Nursing Home provides a safe and secure place for my Aunt.

The home is peaceful and a home from home. My husband is settled and seems to like the staff who care for him. There have been improvements to security over the months I have been coming here. The management listened to any concerns raised when settling my husband in. He can be difficult, but they
seem to take it in their stride nonetheless.

My friend was sent here to recuperate after a motorbike accident.
He has been very pleased to find that the staff are kind and patient, and his care needs have been well looked after.

Our Mum was a resident at Orchard House for three and a half years and we are so thankful and grateful for the care and kindness that she received during this time.
We were always greeted with a welcome smile from regular staff who we became to know and trust.
They not only looked after our Mum
(and our Dad for a short time) but they were always at hand to speak with myself and my sister and to reassure us, especially at difficult times.
Any questions, queries or concerns that we had regarding our mum, were dealt with quickly and efficiently by the manager and the team.
Our Mum passed away peacefully in a place that had become her home and where she was respected and cared for.
Thank you to everyone at Orchard house - you are all truly wonderful
