Orchard House Nursing Home

My father was very well taken care of in a spacious and comfortable environment. He made good friends with other residents and the carers were very kind in responding to his needs. They took his medical needs very seriously.

Very warm and caring environment. The team works so extremely well and hard together for the residents. My mother has been at Orchard House for the past 18 months, and feels completely at home.

My time coming to visit my friend at Orchard House has given me great confidence in the care sector. The staff and everyone have been professional and caring to my friend & myself. I have been made to feel welcome and have every confidence in the way they care for my friend

My husband is currently a resident at Orchard House, and I have been very pleased with the care he receives. The staff are kind, compassionate and treat my husband with dignity and respect. They are always attentive to his needs and keep me informed, which gives me peace of mind. The home is clean, welcoming and has a warm atmosphere It is reassuring to know that my husband is being so well looked after by a dedicated team. I am grateful to all the staff and the manager who always listens.

I have been at Orchard House for 9 months, in that time my needs and care has been excellent from weight loss to gaining weight, to ensure my pressure sore was dealt with and monitored on a daily basis the staff (carers) go above and beyond their duties the management (Georgiana, deputy manager) her door is always open to discuss if you have a problem or concern

Our dad has been so well taken care of, it's been a big relief for us all to know he's in good hands. When we come to visit, he's always in good condition, clean, the staff are well informed about his state, are happy to answer any questions, accommodate any requests and always in a friendly, compassionate manner.

Orchard House have provided excellent care for my father, you can tell the team truly care about the resident's wellbeing and comfort. Georgiana and Manu in particular have been great at providing support for my father, and us as a family.

Always clean, food is good and overall the home l think is the best

Staff always pleasant & polite. Mum seems well looked after, always well dressed and groomed. Staff try to engage her in activities and are always popping in to see her. Managers keep us up to date on mums health and well being.

I have been involved and informed of the planned care for mum , and mum always looks clean and tidy, and the home always seems clean, and homely.

Our Autn has been a resident here since February and we have all found the nurses and carers all very friendly, helpful and caring towards our Aunt and other residents. This is very reassuring when leaving your loved ones in someone elses care. I would highly recommend the Orchard House to anyone looking for a nursing home for their loved ones.

Our mum is cared for very well here staff are caring and care for mums needs. We have peace of mind knowing mum is so well cared for. We are kept fully up to date with mums care and photos give us peace of mind.

Great care home, friendly staff wtih a high level of professionalism.

I have come from Melbourne, Australia to visit my sister, Margaret, as it has been 3 years since I have seen her. Neither of us are getting any younger. I have been here four times this week and have been very impressed with the care, professionalism and genuine care for the residents and myself. My experiences here lets me go back home completely happy knowing that my sister is in very good hands and being looked after by people who have her welfare as the number one perogative.

Delighted with mums care staff and management team are amazing truly exceptional. High recommend this residential home.

Having not been through picking a nursing home before from the moment my family and I stepped through the door we felt the care, attention and love that Orchard House provides. All the staff are welcoming and are so good with our mum that we do not worry about leaving her there, which gives us all as a family peace of mind.
