For the 4 years we have had our loved one in Ladyfield we have always been very impressed with the standards of care in every respect and area that she, and we have received. We cannot fault any aspect of the delivery of care and would highly recommend this home to anyone. Indeed we have had friends use this home due to our comments.

Mum has been in Ladyfield house for four years before her death. The care she has experienced is exceptional. The environment is a family atmosphere. All the carers my mum has had have always gone above and beyond. The communication has been excellent and I have always been contacted if mum was unwell. We have recommended the home to friends who have also placed relatives there.

My dad came here for a short stay in March he has settled really well and hopefully will continue his stay. He is always happy clean and well looked after, I know he keeps the staff on their toes but as a family we can't thank you enough, he is safe content, you keep us updated, his room is kept nice and clean they have regular entertainment and he enjoys his meals a big shout out to all staff in all areas Thank you

Ladyfield House is an outstanding care Home which is efficiently run. It is like Home from Home. I am so relieved they had a room for my husband there. The kind and caring staff provide tireless care, are dedicated and compassionate and nothing is too much trouble. The Home is spotlessly clean but comfortable and the homemade food is varied and tasty. I have no hesitation in recommending this excellent Care Provider

Warm and comfortable accommodation, friendly caring staff attending to all our mums needs. Our mum is very happy and so are we with the care she receiving and she has made many friends while being in Ladyfield

My wife is treated with care, respect and compassion. The meals are good and well cooked. Plenty of activities are provided to keep her alert and entertained. The premises are maintained well and kept clean and tidy

Dad moved into Ladyfield in December 2023, he has been happier there and more settled. The staff are 100% dedicated to looking after the people in their care. I'm really happy we found Ladyfield for Dad. Thank you to you all.

All the staff were very friendly and informative about the care of my uncle. They have great knowledge of the care that is needed for him and take good care of all his needs.

Excellent care home, clean and tidy, friendly and kind staff always on hand to help and support residents. Nan is always clean and smell-free when visited and always gets out of bed for her breakfast.

My mother is well cared for. I find all the staff are kind and patient, always smiling and very helpful. Mum's room is always clean and tidy. Feel reassured my mum is in this care home.

Excellently run and all the staff are amazing. Superbly clean and there are no smells anywhere like the other care home she was last in. They go above and beyond to help and look after my mum.

We can always be sure of a warm welcome at Ladyfield. The staff are cheerful and hard-working - they never stop! We are impressed by how well the staff know the residents. The cleanliness of the home is outstanding in all areas and we hear very good reports on the food. We are so happy with the care at Ladyfield.

We are so pleased that we found this care home for Dad. We live a distance away, and the staff have been so flexible and understanding when we have needed to visit outside normal visiting hours. The staff are clearly invested in Dad. We are confident that he is well cared for 24/7 and this gives us huge peace of mind.

Although my father was always reluctant to go into care, the best decision made was for him to go into Ladyfield House. He spent four happy, comfortable months there. He was looked after by an excellent team. The manager was always available to talk to and her support staff ensured that my father was always clean, well-fed and looking better dressed (clean clothes every day) than he had been for a long time whilst insisting on looking after himself at home. He had two stays in hospital during his time at Ladyfield and was always welcomed back by a happy, smiling staff. During his last few days, he was cared for with dignity and understanding. My family and I were also looked after tremendously during a very sad time. I really cannot thank everybody who works at Ladyfield enough. What a fabulous place. I would highly recommend it. Thank you.
