Excellent activities, diverse, and inclusive allowing residents to interact and enjoy new experiences. A lot of variety. And families are included where possible.

Dad is always very well looked after. His needs are always met with kindness and respect. He is always stimulated with a variety of activities which he enjoys.

There's a lovely atmosphere at Sir Aubrey Ward. Feels personal and informal with great care from the excellent staff. Mum is really happy here. A big shout out to all the great staff in Beech House and the activity staff too- they are wonderful!!

Annie and all the staff are wonderful with the residents. They are very caring and pay attention to each residents individual needs. My dad feels safe here.

My mother has been in Sir Aubrey Ward for a year. I am very happy with the care she receives. Caring staff who get to know their residents and try to accomodate their likes. A superb activities programme which is engaging, varied and inclusive. Very happy my mother is living at Sir Aubrey.

Mum came to stay in June this year. She has settled well and is wonderfully looked after. Thanks to all the staff for their care and attention with mum, she adores everyone!
Mum enjoys the freshly prepared meals, the great activities and joins in everything going on - thanks, Annie, for all the
arranging.
Mum is so happy, singing and waving her arms to all the music activities.

Mum loves it in the home and really enjoys all the activities, particularly the choir as she has am interest in music!
The environment is very caring and all the staff are fantastic and really happy.
We are pleased Mum is in a safe and caring environment.

This home in a word is love! Very caring, friendly and clean.
Families feel welcome to visit at anytime. Activities on everyday.
My mother-in-law is very happy, so that makes all the family happy.

Just want to say what a lovely home for residents this is. The garden is beautiful and very therapeutic. The residents are lovely and most get on with each other. They are all well cared for and I can see this in my mother-in-law's care that she is receiving. No sooner had I questioned a red eye was
it attended to. The residence all have their independence around the home in around the grounds. The carers are exceptional.

I visited today. I was quite shocked at how dirty the floor was in my mother-in-law's room. She doesn't move out of her chair much and it was obvious no one had cleaned underneath it. Care staff are very nice, food is adequate but not very inviting.

We have recently moved my mother-in-law into Sir Aubrey Ward House and we have been extremely impressed by the overall care and efficiency of the move. Everyone has been professional and kind. This has made my mother-in-law's transition from home into a care home very easy and she has settled very
quickly. Sir Aubrey Ward itself has great facilities, a stunning garden and a fantastic events programme. The home is comfortable, extremely clean and offers great food!

My mother has been a resident at Aubrey Ward House for a month. She has settled in extremely well. We feel so relieved she is somewhere so lovely. It has a light, airy and most importantly, a friendly environment. Staff are wonderful and we enjoy the garden on every visit.

Sir Aubrey Ward House has a very welcoming feel, th staff are friendly, caring and have given my mother a much time and support that she needs to settle in, encouraging her to join in the social activities and join in. Nothing is too much trouble. The activities are relaxed and fun and my mother is
so enjoying herself. It is taking my mother time to settle into her new home and a new routine but the staff are aways on hand to help.

My mother is a new resident at St Aubrey Ward House. The home is a very happy bright and cheerful place to live in and to visit. Has a lovely garden area which is kept beautifully. The staff are all so warm and helpful and willing to help with anything. All staff are so caring from the care staff,
the maintenance men, the girls who provide a great selection of morning and afternoon activities, the administrator, receptionist and management staff. Feel they all go above and beyond to make sure residents and relatives are normally received and are happy.

I visit my friend twice a week. Everyone is always happy and chatty. Nothing is too much trouble for the carer and staff. They are always happy to help.

As always our visit was exceptional. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and more importantly they treat each resident with the utmost respect. My sister could not be in a better place, she is truly happy here.

My mother spent two weeks in the home as respite care for me and was very well looked after and although she doesn't remember even being there she had a good time and I could relax. When I went into see her she was enjoying a cuppa with another resident and having a chat...something she doesn't get
to do at home. She was also walking better as there are no stairs for her to climb whereas at home she is stuck in her bedroom as we only have an upstairs toilet.
