When I visit I always receive a warm welcome from all the staff. The staff show kindness to my Gran and she is alway happy and well presented. The home is alway clean and he room is very homely. The outside area is lovely, in the summer they have summer parties & fates, which everyone enjoys. They also have singers and other activies which everyone enjoys.

I am more than satisfied with the care that my mother is receiving. Staff will always to do their best to ensure my Mother is happy. It's nice that bedrooms can be made as personal as can be, so my Mother can recognise it as her own. Plenty of entertainment, also nice days out where possible. Overall, a lovely welcoming home.

My father was only a resident for 7 weeks before sadly passing away recently. For the short time he was here he had the best care towards the end of his life. He was enjoying the activities, being around others and really settled in well to living in a care home. The staff have been supportive since the beginning and it's such a lovely warm care home and the staff are exceptional

Excellent care, very friendly staff who do a wonderful job caring. All her needs are met. Very clean place. Staff provide entertainment for residents. They decorate the place for seasonal events eg. Christmas, Birthdays etc. days out etc. Staff are very kind, patient & caring to residents & everybody. Its a delight to visits, and feel part of the family.

The standard of care at Glangarnant Care Home is excellent. The staff are caring and attentive. Happy with everything and mum is settled and content.

Happy with the way the home and staff look after my mum. The staff are always friendly + welcoming when I visit + mum is well cared for. Her room is comfortable and her interests are well catered for.

We find the staff all the be kind, caring and very compassionate. We are always kept informed of any issues mum may have. All in all we are very, very happy with the care and attention our mum recieves, thank you all!

My son has been in Glangarnant for almost three years, after the initial settling-in period for him and for me accepting the situation everything was fine. It's a small home and personal, everybody knows the clients and the care is wonderful. The entertainment is also good as it must be difficult to cater for different levels of clients. No complaints from me!

I can totally recommend the care home. He was cared for in a dignified way right up to the end. The staff saw to all his needs at all times. The management and staff were courteous and sincere to the family also.

'Our experience with Glangarnant has been extremely positive over the last year, the staff are diligent, caring & always happy to oblige resulting in a happy, friendly atmosphere for both residents & visitors. Cleanliness at the home is at the forefront, with communal & individual rooms kept to a high standard. Glangarnant can never be home, but it is the closest we are going to get for mum's needs & we are extremely grateful to all involved in her care for this.'

Clean friendly environment, staff go above and beyond to make residents and families cared for, listened to and involved through family days, news letters, different events and activities/sessions they provide. Staff go out of their way to make it a homely environment for residents & family, food is delicious and lovely gardens.

As a retired Nurse, I would be proud to work at Glangarnant and to call the staff my colleagues. From our first ad-hoc visit, where Mahima insisted that we view the facilities 'as they were' - rather than a pre-arranged, scripted inspection - to the open-access visiting policy and the ongoing support for the family after my father's demise, was second to none. They cared for my father as a member of their own family and despite his terminal diagnosis, it didn't prevent them from encouraging him to participate in all activities in the nursing home and enjoying the festivities alongside other residents. As my father's medical issues progressed and physical health deteriorated, the tenderness and love they gave him and our family was terrific. The support we received made our grieving process easier to manage and allowed us to spend valuable time with him. Continuing contact with my mother after his death is indicative of their dedication. Special thanks to Raj, a true champion.

My father was a resident at the Home for 6 months before he passed away in July. My mother and I were frequent visitors at the Home and I can genuinely say that from day one we were welcomed as part of the Glangarnant family. Nothing was too much trouble, all my fathers needs were catered for and he was always treated with dignity and respect. He enjoyed the activities, the day trips and sitting in the beautiful garden. Staff helped us to get my father into our car so that we could take him on family days out. My father enjoyed the food and in the early days my mother would also join him for meals. On their 64th wedding anniversary staff made a fuss of both of them , with balloons and a cake. We have some lovely photos of that day. One of the last events we attended with my father was the summer fayre. It was a lovely afternoon for the residents, lovely entertainment and food! I would also like to mention the support that staff gave to my mother. It meant a lot.

I find Glangarnant Care Home to be excellent in every way. Staff always at hand to help and management always easy to talk to. The home is very clean and plenty of activities going on for the residents.

I have no concerns regarding this home at present. Management & staff are very helpful, friendly, professional & willing to address any issues you may have! The home puts on plenty of entertainment where service users, carers & family can participate. Residents are able to go on outings on a regular basis. Hairdresser is available once a week and a podiatrist as well. The home has a very happy environment & staff are very caring.
