My mother was in the home for 8 months, her health and well-being had deteriorated, choice of meals were provided and they went out of their way to get what she liked at any time of the day. All grades of staff provided a high standard of care in all aspects of care and ensured core values were
given. As we come from a large family circle the nursing home accommodated us all with our visits and supported us when needed. My mother stated a few times to me that the staff were good to her and loved her room and was decorated to her own taste. Due to Covid 19, the home followed PHA guidelines and standards, I was lucky I had a choice of going for Care Partner and was able to visit regularly. I always enjoyed my visits and felt always welcomed and felt from home to home. When my mother died we felt that we wanted to help and were able to donate money for their funds.

Visiting sorted when requested.
Residents are clean and tidy and their needs are met, physically and mentally.
Family are informed if there is a problem. Staff are always pleasant.

My sister has been in Edenvale House for almost three years. She has been quite happy and well cared for by the staff. They keep me informed of any changes, I feel good communication is very important.

The standard of care provided in Edenvale Care Centre is excellent. My mother is very happy there and the staff are second to none. They carry out their duties in a very professional manner and treat all of the residents with dignity. We, as a family, are very happy with the care provided for our
mother. The building is very clean and inviting and on entering visitors are greeted warmly by all staff. Very highly recommended.

Edenvale Care Centre has a friendly atmosphere and very approachable staff who are always keen to help. My dad is extremely well looked after and is always well presented and in fresh clothes. He has a happy disposition and seems to be happy in his surroundings.

Edenvale Care Centre has looked after my mother for the past six years. I have to say that they are very patient and understanding towards their residents.

My Dad has been in Edenvale for two weeks in the EMI Unit.
We have been overwhelmed with the care and professionalism that all the staff show to him and to us.
We were welcomed by the nursing home manager, his nurse, and personal care assistant.
Dad had been very unsettled prior to leaving the
hospital and arriving at Edenvale but the staff reassured him and settled him very quickly.
His room was spotless when we arrived and has been cleaned to a high standard every day and the maintenance staff has helped with his pictures and putting up his TV.
The standard of food has been of an excellent standard and the Catering Manager and her staff have catered to meet Dads needs. We are allowed to assist with meals if we are present.
The staff are very very helpful and are always giving us progress reports and are very interactive with Dad.
It is an animal-friendly home which has been great for us as we are able to bring the dogs up to see him and it has helped him settle into the home.

My mother has been a patient in Edenvale Care Centre for six months. I can say with 'hand on heart' that she has received unbelievable care from every member of staff. She has been cared for with dignity, compassion and expertise. You could say that she is my mother but every member of staff treated
her as if she was their mother.

I can't expect any more care than we get. All care is satisfactory. My wife has been a resident for 5 years and I am very happy with the staff and management.
