The Conifers team cared for my grandad in the last few days of his life.
From his arrival, to his death, the team were welcoming, kind and could not do enough for not only my grandad, but for us as a family.
Every member of staff we had interactions with were genuine and warm.
My grandad was
treated with dignity and respect in all aspects of care, his symptoms were kept on top of and the team listened to put concerns and acted promptly.
We cannot recommend the Conifers enough!

Many thanks to the care team at Conifers for my father's two-week respite. Wonderful care, compassion and empathy shown at all times by all members of the staff. It restored my faith in the care system which sadly lacks in the care of older people. Well done to you all, keep up the amazing care you
deliver which truly respects the needs of an individual in the latter difficult years of life.

My grandmother, aunt and father spent their last days here and my mum is in her 11th year. I have found this home to be excellent with caring and compassionate staff who go the extra mile for their residents and families. The home is always clean and smelling fresh and the staff are cheerful and
welcoming. I have been able to entrust my loved ones into their care, especially through lockdown, with no worries.

I have no hesitation in highly recommending Conifers.
Our mum (now in her 90s) has lived there for over 5 years and has always been treated with dignity, respect and affection.
Lovely food, clean and pleasant rooms, with a nice courtyard garden overlooking fields.
The range of activities is good
also - games, music afternoons, nail painting etc.
The staff are friendly, fun-loving and kind (and during the lockdown have been a much needed 'second family' to Mum, doing their best to keep spirits up and provide emotional security).
The manager is super caring and professional. Communication with us as a family has been excellent.

After two absolutely awful experiences in previous care homes, The Conifers is an amazing home. My mum has only been there for a couple of weeks, and the care and treatment she has received has been fantastic. Staff go above and beyond and appear to genuinely care for residents.
