My brother has been coming here for many years for his respite care. He stays between seven-fourteen days depending on the time required by my mother and we have never had any issues in all the years he has been. The staff are attentive and always willing to help. One member of staff especially is
always willing to listen and help in any way possible and help with any last-minute date changes we may have if she can.
During the first lockdown, my brother was in respite care here and had to remain for the entire duration and the staff went above and beyond to ensure my mum and he could see each other either through the window or via FaceTime.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend 5 Horse Leaze Care Home, Beckton and their fantastic staff.
