The care home is a very clean, well-run facility. The majority of staff are caring, dedicated and regularly engage with residents. The activities provided both within the care home and out in the wider community are fantastic. The coordinators are truly amazing people, friendly, upbeat and dedicated
individuals. The residents' areas are homely, warm and tastefully decorated to a high standard. They are stimulating and interesting for the residents and visitors alike.

On visiting Park Springs Care Home my experience was fantastic. All staff on level one were fantastic, could approach if you had a question. My brother also loves staying there. Manager and office staff are also fantastic, nothing is a problem to them. Would recommend Park Springs.

Choosing a care home for a loved one is a difficult and emotional decision. After visiting a number of care facilities, we chose Park Springs. From our initial meetings and tours with the support manager, we were made fully at ease with any questions answered immediately. Even down to the handheld
tablets used to maintain client records, in real time. The staff are very approachable and engaging with residents, visitors and family alike, with minor concerns addressed as quickly as possible. Without delay, the staff make contact with updates on medication, health, and welfare assessments or any concerns they have over our mothers' general well-being. The activity team should be commended for the varied programme they organise. The manager and her team are always accessible. Our mother is in a safe and caring environment. Care person centered at all times. Home from home.

My twin sister is in this home for 5 years. We've never had any issues. My twin seems to be settled.
The staff are brilliant, never had any complaints about them.

My dad, Donald, has stayed on 3 occasions now at the Motherwell care home of Maria Mallaband Care Group. He has always been cared for very well. The care has been friendly, professional and very caring. The staff have been equally friendly with family when we visit the care home. My dad felt secure,
well looked after and at home. Thank you.

My mum came into the home in May & much to my surprise she has settled very well the staff have been great with her & I have been kept well informed in all aspects of the day to day care, we've been made welcome while visiting

Park Springs Care Home has proved to be an excellent choice for my partner. A warm welcome from the manager left us convinced she would receive the care and support required. Every member of staff has the ability and skill required to ensure my partner and myself are cared for at all times. There is
nothing I can think of that is not providing the dignity that is required by all residents and at all times. Rooms are spotless and very well maintained. An excellent choice and range of food at all times. The manager leads her team with hands on expertise and enthusiasm. A wide and ranging activities programme, something for everyone.

I am happy to go into the care home and see my mum. Staff are mostly welcoming. I am kept up to date with how my mum has been, for example, sleeping, eating etc. Notified if she has had an accident. I am able to speak to the manager or nurse on duty regarding any issues to do with my mum. My mum is
settled and quietly calm most of the time.

Both parents were residents in Park Springs alas my father has since passed away but our mother is still a resident and being well cared for by the staff.

I am so pleased with the way my 97-year-old dad has settled into Park Springs. The nursing and care staff all do a great job and have made him feel so welcome and settled. He and I couldn't be happier with the way the move from sheltered accommodation to 24-hour care has worked out. Thank you to
all the team.

My husband has been a resident in Park Springs Care Home for 8 months now. He needs constant care as he is bedbound, the care he receives is around the clock. I can't thank them enough as he has 1st class care and attention from all the staff and his music therapy on Tuesdays enables him to respond
a little.

My mother-in-law moved to Park Springs a week ago and couldn’t have been more warmly welcomed and made to feel at home. Of course, it’s still early days but her quality of life has improved no end and she is more comfortable, content and at peace in herself than she’s been for a long time. Of
course, this life is not what she’d prefer but she’s safe, warm, looked after and treated very well by a caring team of staff.

My mum, her sisters, and I have been impressed with care my mum has received since she moved into Park Springs in June 2023.
The skills, dedication, care, and compassion of the staff were clear from the start of my mum's residency and they have continued since then.

receiving consistent, appropriate, high-quality care.

My mother has been a resident since September 2022. She can have good days and bad days. When she is having a bad day the girls who look after her have a wonderful knack for turning tears into smiles. Her accommodation is perfect for her needs and the girls keep the room and the whole building
clean. The management is always there if required and very helpful. I can only thank the staff for the wonderful care they take with my mum and I am especially grateful to the whole team for the care they give to my mum.

Park Springs Care Home is a perfect place and I would recommend to anyone looking for a care home. From the manager right through the complete team, it provides care to my partner and myself. From the first day of entry, we both have been looked after, first class. Emphasis is definitely on care.
Nothing is left unexplained and all staff are constantly busy but never pass you by.

Management and staff at Park Springs mother well are very conscientious and care deeply about residents' health and well being.
This is evidenced by staff's verbal and non-verbal communication with both residents and residents' family members.
Nothing is too much trouble to ensure the
establishment runs smoothly. Amazing people who have worked tirelessly against the Covid issues which have arisen.

I am so happy that my mother has settled in very well from the minute she entered the home. It makes the family feel secure that mum is content, care for and happy in her new home.
