I am writing on behalf of the care my dad has recieved since being in Brook View Residential Home has been Excellent the care from al the team has been kind and so thoughtful. Always a friendly place to visit and the care dad has recieved shows with his day to day improvement. The Chef has taken
time to puree his meals as unable to eat solid food and made sure he is getting all his nutrients that he needs.

As a retired nurse with nearly 50 years of experience, working in hospital, and many care homes, I can honestly say I can find no fault in any aspect of care in Brook View.
It is a very special, caring home. The staff, with out exception are incredibly kind and supportive.
I could not wish for a
better place for my Mum, of nearly 101, to be cared for.

Having looked at other rest homes in areas Ferndown and West Moors,
I decided it was so pretty at Brook View that was the one I wanted to spend my respite care in.
(What a good job, it was the right one)
All the staff were always smiling at you and even remembering my name was quite amazing, as
not only mine but they were using other residents which made people happy, especially me.
So pleased I have made this my home now.

We are very happy with Brook View. Everything about it is perfect. The management the staff, everyone is very friendly. I wouldn't be able to find fault with anything at all.

My mum has a stroke in 2024, on returning home after 2 and a half months in hospital, it was clear she was unhappy with the care she was being provided at home, so it was agreed she would become permanent at Brook View. My mum is really happy and cared for fabulously at Brook View, the staff are
friendly, the attention to detail is wonderful and I couldn't be more happy.

All of the staff are friendly, helpful and professional. Dad is well cared for and I am regularly updated on his health Brook View is a well run establishment with high standards.

We cannot fault Brook View West Moors for all its care on every level.

My husband and I have been treated with the utmost kindness and consideration. I am impressed with the special care shown to my husband, who has vascular dementia and Alzheimer's, as well as a physical disability.

I arranged for my mum to come here for respite after being in hospital for breaking her hip.
Some of the staff are lovely but I will not send her here again if respite is needed due to issues throughout her stay.

From the outset, the management and the team at Brook View, West Moors, were helpful and accommodating during my mum’s stay with them.
The managers went over and above to help move my mum from hospital into the home with minimum fuss. The care home team were so friendly and kind and took care of
all my mum’s needs, including great food exercise and walking in the garden.

What a lovely home. The staff are all so friendly and helpful and the amenities are amazing. The residents are relaxed and happy. I’m always made to feel very welcome and am usually offered a cup of tea or coffee with homemade cake when I’m there. Brook View is a joy to visit.

The care that Mum has had here at Brook View is outstanding. Staff are wonderful, activities are wonderful also. So much choice for each individual.

Fantastic staff working in this beautiful care home! I spent a lovely morning with my relative in their room and in the cafe. Was shown around all the facilities they had to offer by the knowledgeable reception staff. Felt like part of the family and eased my mind about my relative staying there.

My mother was a resident at Brook View during August and September of this year. From the moment she arrived every effort was made to make her feel welcome and to help her settle. All of the people with whom I had contact including management, reception, carers, nurses, companions and others
organising activities were extremely nice to deal with and as well as demonstrating a high level of efficiency also showed empathy and great kindness towards my mother. The whole premises are light bright and airy and there is a really nice garden for residents to enjoy. The food and refreshments are of a high standard and my mother received a personal visit from the chef on her day of arrival to discuss her culinary likes and dislikes and to ask about her favourite dishes. Overall I was very pleased with the care my mother received during her stay.

My mother had a two-week respite stay in Brook View. From my first encounter with management, receptionist, nurses, carers and support staff, they all made my mother and myself very welcome. Her room was a delight, very welcoming, with everything she needed for comfort during her stay. I went away
feeling very confident she would be well cared for, which she was.

From the moment I arrived I have received the very best of care and attention and the food is absolutely delightful. The choice of foods is excellent. Cleaning done regularly, clean towels each and every day and also a shower every day by your kind and caring staff. The only sad thing is the weather
has been so bad, I was not able to visit your lovely gardens. But I will be back, rest assured. Thank you.

Brook View is a beautiful place with amazing staff that always take the time out of their day to ensure their residents and visitors receive the best support and service possible. It has a wonderful culture and community that will make you feel right at home.

My husband is very relaxed staying in Brook View. The staff are extremely attentive and caring and the food is delicious.
He loves going to sit in the garden on a nice day and has great fun taking part in the activities organised.

My husband moved to Brook view for a 4 week respite stay. So far he has only been there for 10 days but he has had excellent care. The staff have been attentive to his needs and very helpful in answering my many queries.
