Very nice welcome. Shown around home where we found everyone to be friendly and caring. I am enjoying the entertainment when visiting. Always been very enjoyable.

My mother is happy, settled & well looked after by caring staff, with plenty of activities & a varied diet. Staff are always pleasant & welcoming when I visit & ready to tell me what she's been up to & how she is. They phone with any problems/information & keep me up to date.

I have nothing but praise for this wonderful care home. The staff right from the cleaners up to the management are just so good, the staff can't do enough for my wife, they are so friendly & polite, keep up the good work. 10 out of 10.

My sister always appears to be happy and well looked after. The staff are all lovely and welcoming. Happy to help in any way possible. Craighead now has such a happy and welcoming atmosphere when you walk in.

I have been visiting a minimum of three days a week for almost three years. There is an overwhelming feeling of genuine love and care from all staff. My sister is well cared for. I too am welcomed when I visit. The manager is very enthusiastic and very keen to really make it a home from home and she does that very well. I have no complaints whatsoever only heartfelt appreciation for the loving care shown to my sister and all the residents.

Craighead Care Home has come up amazing since manager Jasmine started. The home is welcoming and vibrant. Always changing with new experiences and activities for residents. All the staff are welcoming, helpful and happy to help in any way. Residents always appear happy and comfortable with staff. The home itself is clean, well kept, welcoming and lots of new things to see when you come in. Walking in feels like you are part of a family.

Staff/management polite and informative. My wife always appears clean & tidy and her living area much the same. There are plenty of activities if she wants, unfortunately my wife has had a few falls while walking corridors and was quickly attended by doctor & paramedics at the time. Additional safety pressure mats were placed in room to alert when she was out of bed to be monitored.

From the first time we stepped inside the building, we were made very welcome by the manager and staff. This has continued for the last 5 weeks, and my wife has improved her communication & movement. It feels like one big family with residents helping & looking after each other. As well as the relatives. I don't know how the staff do it. Keep so cheerful. The staff must be very carefully chosen. Not everyone can work in a care home. My family are so happy that my wife is in here & any problems are dealt with quickly.

My mother has settled in quicker than we ever thought she would. We can see she is happy and she has improved both in terms of her physical well being and her dementia. We are very happy with the care she is receiving and can really feel the positivity and happiness in Craighead. It has been difficult seeing my mother's dementia progress, but I am so glad her home is now Craighead.

Extremely well run home providing excellent care. Good variety of activities that bring out the spark in residents, even those with advanced dementia. Superb nurses with a proactive but caring approach. Facilities are well maintained and the newly painted walls (colours chosen by residents) make the home look bright and fresh. Manager goes above and beyond to ensure good care. Any issues are addressed well and promptly. I highly recommend Craighead.

My cousin is extremely happy and content in Craighead, she is now feeling safe and unafraid. The staff are all excellent and very caring to each and everyone who comes into the home, the residents are all well looked after and appear to enjoy their days. Always lots to do with plenty of music in the home.

Since the change of management team and some staff, the home is now in a much better place. The teams are very supportive, friendly and caring. I am very impressed by the care shown to my sister. The team always keep me informed about any changes.

Care home is very clean. Management and staff listen and take concerns on board. There are useful committees including residents and one for relatives. There are suggestion boxes. There is a newsletter. Outside spaces, gardens and chairs. There is a wheelie garden for less mobile. Range of activities including home bus - fantastic!

I have visited my aunt at Craighead Care Home 4 times since she has been there. The staff are excellent, very efficient, friendly and caring. Yesterday was the first time we saw it decked out for Christmas - was delighted to see how fabulous it was. My aunt was delighted to see us and seems very happy with the place.

I love seeing the photos and videos posted by the staff, it all takes time and effort but is hugely rewarding and such a pleasure to watch! My mother is always smiling and is very happy in the care home which is down to the caring staff and the many activities put on to involve all the residents and keep them occupied and happy. I'm very grateful.

My mother-in-law is very happy at Craighead. The staff are so caring and supportive, and my mother-in-law is well looked after. I can see when she interacts with the staff that she likes them and they are kind and jolly with her. There are many and varied activities to occupy the residents and I know that my Mother-in-law enjoys the gym sessions in particular. It means a lot to know that she is safe and happy and we are all very grateful for this.

I love it here. The staff are great. Nothing is too much for them, the food is good and you can get what you want. This is my home now.

Well what can I say? My mother was in Craighead Care Home from summer 2018 - December 2021. It was bad to adequate. What a turn around the manager has done. The decor is bright and welcoming. All staff are kind, caring, respectful and helpful They are wonderful. Activities are brilliant. Receptionist on in the hallway is lovely. Once, the worst care home in the local area (for a long time), now its the best, with a waiting list. Well done to the manager and the staff. If only you could have been there in 2018.

Our concerns and fears of how my mother in law would settle in were quickly alleviated by the skill and professionalism of the management and staff. We are kept informed of any issues of health that arise and are made most welcome when visiting. There is a great view over the Tay which is therapeutic and car parking is never a problem. My mother in law is getting the skillset that we lacked and that has given us peace of mind.

I have visited my aunt at Craighead Care Home 4 times since she has been there. The staff are excellent, very efficient, friendly and caring.
