Since my uncle came to Ferndale, during May 2019, I have been very happy with how the staff and management have worked hard to ensure he has settled in and come to terms with leaving his own home. He enjoys the food and I am comforted he is safe and clean.

My aunt was admitted by a family friend who had POA. I was initially hesitant but I have had full interaction with the staff and management. It is friendly, clean and tidy, safe and secure.

I have been very pleased with the quality of care my mum has received at Ferndale Care Home. She has been treated well and her health has improved over the months she has been under their care.
