My sister can be very aggressive in her behaviour, verbally and even physically when being changed. Sometimes she is so viciously rude and insulting to her carers it makes me cringe, but I am continually amazed at how patient and kind the carers are some obviously have slightly more brusque manner,
while other outstanding ones remain cheerful and jocular throughout. I would also commend the activities team. They are all brilliant inventive, kind and all seem thoroughly to enjoy their work.
