As a family we have been really impressed with the care mum has received since going into Kyle Court. The food is good and there are always options according to mum. She likes the standards set, table covers etc. Michelle, the head cleaner, ensures the place is spotless and really takes pride in her
job. The carers/management have been so kind and have delivered everything my mum has asked for. Visitors are made more welcome. The only negative I can think of is the night staffing situation where it is often agency carers/nurses who don't know the residents and their needs, sometimes causing, a delay dispensing medication etc.

My experience with Kyle Court Care Home has been very poor, and I would strongly advise others not to choose this care home.
My father stayed here for a few months before we ultimately decided to move him elsewhere. During his time at Kyle Court, we felt he was not treated fairly, and concerns were
not taken seriously by management. While a few members of staff were genuinely kind and helpful, we were left with the strong impression that management did not truly care about my father's wellbeing or best interests.
When it came time to move him to a better care home in Paisley, there was no support offered whatsoever. The carehome did not assist with moving his belongings, leaving the process to our family during what was already a stressful time. These issues have since been raised with the Care Inspectorate.
Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and we are relieved that my father is now in a care home where he is treated with the dignity and respect he deserves.

My nan recently moved into the care home, and the experience has been positive.
The staff are kind, attentive, and genuinely caring which has made the transition much easier for our family.
The home is clean, welcoming and well run.
We're very grateful for the support and care provided.

My mother has been here, for 2 months and the staff has her walking again. Staff are very friendly and give the best care to my mother.

Our mother has now been a resident in Kyle Court for a year and a half. Throughout this time she has been treated with the care and respect she deserves. You'll always receive a warm, friendly welcome when you enter the home. The staff all work hard to ensure the needs of all residents are met with
great dignity.

My experience at Kyle Court has been very positive. The staff are very kind, caring, helpful and respectful of clients and relatives. The staff includes everyone from housekeeping, carers, nursing and admin. It's a very well-run home.

Kyle court have supported my mum since August 2024, the staff and team have been supportive and caring. The care home itself is operated to a high standard with good communication between the care staff and family. The housekeeping staff are approachable and professional in their role and ensure my
mums room and other areas are regularly clean and tidy. All staff are friendly and overall this has helped with the transition for my mum and also for us as a family. We feel safe in the knowledge that my mum is cared for and looked after how she would want to be.

My mother-in-law had a lovely welcome by the staff. All staff are approachable and very helpful. Staff are always happy and a cheeky atmosphere in Kyle Court. Couldn't ask for better treatment and care.

Have found the care offered to be excellent. All staff are great and engage wonderfully with residents and relatives alike. Facilities are kept fresh and spotless. Communication with relatives is also top-grade.

My mum transferred to Kyle Court from hospital 7 weeks ago, and the transformation in her has been fantastic. She is much brighter and more willing to engage in conversation. She is always well presented and is enjoying the food, which was unexpected, as she usually was quite fussy. Overall the
family are really pleased how she has settled in to life and Kyle Court.

From the minute you enter the front door at Kyle Court you are met with kindness care and consideration. Staff are excellent, should any problems arrise they are dealt with immediately.

Since my uncle came here from hospital, the difference in him has been wonderful - from being bed ridden with help to feed him; even a beaker for liquids - he can now move around with support and feed himself using cutlery + a mug. Although still in need of a great deal of support, he managed very
well. The staff are excellent: always there when they are needed and nothing is a both to them. He is always clear and well cared for. Personally, I also have to say that the staff are always helpful, polite, knowledgeable and friendly to me.

My mum has been here since 6/4/2024 and she has her good days and bad days and always asks to get home. She is getting very well looked after by staff who are exceptional and very kind towards my mum. We are hoping she settles in well. This place is lovely for my mum and so close for my dad to
visit. Well done to management and staff.

As a family, we are very happy with the level of care given to our mum. She is happy there and we have peace of mind knowing she is safe and being looked after. Like everything in life there may be the odd time we notice something but know we can speak to the staff with confidence it will be

There aren’t enough positive words to describe Kyle Court Care Home. My gran found a new home in Kyle Court from July 2023 until her passing in January 2024. Although her stay was relatively short, the positive impact that the staff had on her life was outstanding. The staff truly treated my gran
like family. The personable nature of every staff member is a testament to the family environment they have created. Trusting a care home with your loved one is a difficult process but the whole team made it so easy for both my Gran personally and our full family.
The level of respect and care the staff have for the residents is so lovely. I was worry-free in knowing that all of her needs were met with the highest level of professionalism and care at all times.
If you are finding yourself in the difficult process of putting a loved one into care then please do yourself a favour and enquire with Kyle Court, the relief you will feel knowing your loved one is safe in their care is amazing.

We can only describe the staff as family. They treat their residents like family, they show everyone respect and care. Every member of the team in Kyle Court goes out of their way for the residents and their families. They made mum's life richer during her time with them and in her last months, they
made sure she was comfortable, pain-free and happy. We cannot speak highly enough of every single staff member. Thank you.

The staff in Kyle Court are always helpful and do everything they can to assist. I have always been able to discuss my uncle with them and get updates regarding his general health and welfare.

From our first contact with the staff, to the last visit past the death of our father, we were always awed by the professional, caring, efficient and personable staff. Their tolerance in managing our father's transition from living on his own to being at Kyle Court was outstanding.
As we live in
Australia, communications with our father was a challenge, but every time we needed assistance from the staff to locate him, every staff member surpassed the highest level of customer service.
