My experience at Kyle Court has been very positive. The staff are very kind, caring, helpful and respectful of clients and relatives. The staff includes everyone from housekeeping, carers, nursing and admin. It's a very well-run home.

Kyle court have supported my mum since August 2024, the staff and team have been supportive and caring. The care home itself is operated to a high standard with good communication between the care staff and family. The housekeeping staff are approachable and professional in their role and ensure my
mums room and other areas are regularly clean and tidy. All staff are friendly and overall this has helped with the transition for my mum and also for us as a family. We feel safe in the knowledge that my mum is cared for and looked after how she would want to be.

My mother-in-law had a lovely welcome by the staff. All staff are approachable and very helpful. Staff are always happy and a cheeky atmosphere in Kyle Court. Couldn't ask for better treatment and care.

My mum transferred to Kyle Court from hospital 7 weeks ago, and the transformation in her has been fantastic. She is much brighter and more willing to engage in conversation. She is always well presented and is enjoying the food, which was unexpected, as she usually was quite fussy. Overall the family
are really pleased how she has settled in to life and Kyle Court.

Since my uncle came here from hospital, the difference in him has been wonderful - from being bed ridden with help to feed him; even a beaker for liquids - he can now move around with support and feed himself using cutlery + a mug. Although still in need of a great deal of support, he managed very well.
The staff are excellent: always there when they are needed and nothing is a both to them. He is always clear and well cared for. Personally, I also have to say that the staff are always helpful, polite, knowledgeable and friendly to me.

We regrettably had the harrowing experience of having to move our mother from a care home where she was happy but the decision was taken to close its doors for good. The dread of finding a new home for our mother seemed a daunting task. However, we chose to visit Kyle Court and our walk around with
a member of staff made us feel relaxed and our mother moved into her new home. The care and attention she has received is outstanding. There is always someone on hand to answer questions and no task is left undone. The minute you step into Kyle Court you'll feel welcomed. Office staff, carers, everyone at the home, nurses, and management all work together to succeed in making this a happy and safe place for your loved one.

My mum has been here since 6/4/2024 and she has her good days and bad days and always asks to get home. She is getting very well looked after by staff who are exceptional and very kind towards my mum. We are hoping she settles in well. This place is lovely for my mum and so close for my dad to visit.

As a family, we are very happy with the level of care given to our mum. She is happy there and we have peace of mind knowing she is safe and being looked after. There aren’t enough positive words to describe Kyle Court Care Home. My gran found a new home in Kyle Court from July 2023 until her passing in January 2024. Although her stay was relatively short, the positive impact that the staff had on her life was outstanding. The staff truly treated my gran like
family. The personable nature of every staff member is a testament to the family environment they have created. Trusting a care home with your loved one is a difficult process but the whole team made it so easy for both my Gran personally and our full family.
The level of respect and care the staff have for the residents is so lovely. I was worry-free in knowing that all of her needs were met with the highest level of professionalism and care at all times.
If you are finding yourself in the difficult process of putting a loved one into care then please do yourself a favour and enquire with Kyle Court, the relief you will feel knowing your loved one is safe in their care is amazing.

We can only describe the staff as family. They treat their residents like family, they show everyone respect and care. Every member of the team in Kyle Court goes out of their way for the residents and their families. They made mum's life richer during her time with them and in her last months, they
made sure she was comfortable, pain-free and happy. We cannot speak highly enough of every single staff member. Thank you.

From our first contact with the staff, to the last visit past the death of our father, we were always awed by the professional, caring, efficient and personable staff. Their tolerance in managing our father's transition from living on his own to being at Kyle Court was outstanding.
As we live in Australia,
communications with our father was a challenge, but every time we needed assistance from the staff to locate him, every staff member surpassed the highest level of customer service.

My mother lived at Kyle Court Care Home from November 2021 until her death in March 2023. During that time, she was very well cared for by dedicated and caring staff. She was always very content with her care, meals and activities. Both she and my father were welcomed to Kyle Court. I found this very
reassuring that all of her needs were catered for with respect, dignity and compassion. I am extremely grateful to all of the management, nursing, caring and domestic staff for her care during her stay.
