Myself and members of my family looked at several care homes and decided Kyle Court provided all we wanted for my husband who had dementia plus poor mobility. We were not disappointed. Visiting every day, I was aware of the dedication of the staff. They attended to the residents with dignity, compassion and great care. Always pleasant and finding time to sit with residents for a chat which was good to see. My husband died in the night and the night staff and nurses were excellent in every way.

During the four years, my uncle was a resident in Kyle Court until his death last month I have been grateful to the staff of Kyle Court for the way their professional care, their devotion to and affection for all their residents made his final years the happiest possible. He suffered from a severe and deteriorating form of dementia and it must have been very stressful and physically demanding to cater for his growing needs and to give him respect, love and dignity to the end. Your team at Kyle Court are always going the extra mile and they still made time to be helpful and friendly to visitors, like myself as we slowly and painfully learned to understand and cope with the changes in my uncle as the illness took hold. No group of people anywhere deserve praise and recognition more than your team in Paisley.

I am very grateful to the staff at Kyle Court. They have always treated my Aunt with genuine care and compassion. Sometimes little things like making sure she had plenty of her favourite sweets. I always knew she was in safe hands.

Overall Experience

I am very grateful for the attentive, respectful and dignified care my mother has continually received since her admission to Kyle Court. The staff are always keen to discuss my mother's health, mood and general well being. I am confident in the knowledge of staff and management and feel a great sense of comfort knowing that any issues, or concerns are raised and addressed promptly. I have never felt the need to be worried or concerned and can only thank all the staff for helping my mother's latter years be as comfortable as possible.
