Our dad received great care and compassion while resident at Kyle Court. The staff made the effort to get to know dad and his likes and dislikes. Even when he was unable to participate in the daily activities at the home, the staff made the effort to engage with dad and do their best for him. Dad had
a bad experience in a different care home. The difference between the care he had received in the previous home and in Kyle Court was marked. Part of the success of the home, in our opinion, is the leadership provided by the Manager. She knows the residents personally and will be hands-on in their care when needed. My family would recommend Kyle Court.

I am very pleased with Kyle Court. Since my brother's admission, he is very well cared for and very happy. Like most relatives I found it difficult to put my brother into 24-hour care, however, Kyle Court is a very good home and I have peace of mind that I have made the right decision. All the staff
go above and beyond the call of duty in the care that they provide.

The staff at Kyle Court were absolutely amazing from the manager down to the students. They made my aunty's last few months wonderful for her. They bent over backwards for all their residents that I know of. Nothing was too much trouble and they always had a wonderful smile on their faces which was

Staff are lovely, nothing is too much trouble. Everyone seems to go that extra mile to make a difference. Came in last week and it happened to be the homes 20th Birthday celebrations. Made to feel very welcome. Entertainment great, food and drink continually offered to everyone. Smiles all round I think
everyone in the garden making the most of the good weather no sad faces, smiles all round really a home from home.

My mother has been resident in Kyle Court since April 2015. I can't speak highly enough about the care she is receiving. As I do not live locally my mind is completely at rest knowing that she is receiving the best possible care in every way.
All of the staff are incredibly caring and patient with
everyone.

My mother has been a resident of Kyle Court for 8years. At all times her welfare has been a priority. Over the years her condition has deteriorated, the staff have been first class in taking care of her. My sister and myself will be contacted day or night if there are any concerns and this gives us
a great peace of mind, knowing she is being looked after and all of her needs, which can be demanding are taken care of.

Myself and members of my family looked at several care homes and decided Kyle Court provided all we wanted for my husband who had dementia plus poor mobility. We were not disappointed. Visiting every day, I was aware of the dedication of the staff. They attended to the residents with dignity, compassion
and great care. Always pleasant and finding time to sit with residents for a chat which was good to see. My husband died in the night and the night staff and nurses were excellent in every way.

During the four years, my uncle was a resident in Kyle Court until his death last month I have been grateful to the staff of Kyle Court for the way their professional care, their devotion to and affection for all their residents made his final years the happiest possible. He suffered from a severe and
deteriorating form of dementia and it must have been very stressful and physically demanding to cater for his growing needs and to give him respect, love and dignity to the end. Your team at Kyle Court are always going the extra mile and they still made time to be helpful and friendly to visitors, like myself as we slowly and painfully learned to understand and cope with the changes in my uncle as the illness took hold. No group of people anywhere deserve praise and recognition more than your team in Paisley.

I am very grateful to the staff at Kyle Court. They have always treated my Aunt with genuine care and compassion. Sometimes little things like making sure she had plenty of her favourite sweets. I always knew she was in safe hands.

I am very grateful for the attentive, respectful and dignified care my mother has continually received since her admission to Kyle Court. The staff are always keen to discuss my mother's health, mood and general well being. I am confident in the knowledge of staff and management and feel a great sense
of comfort knowing that any issues, or concerns are raised and addressed promptly. I have never felt the need to be worried or concerned and can only thank all the staff for helping my mother's latter years be as comfortable as possible.
