Ever since my wife was admitted she has been well looked after by very caring staff who are kind and courteous during some very tough times.

Overall Kyle Court is an excellent experience for my mother. The staff could not be better. They do everything they can to help all the residents.

My mum has been here since 6/4/2024 and she has her good days and bad days and always asks to get home. She is getting very well looked after by staff who are exceptional and very kind towards my mum. We are hoping she settles in well. This place is lovely for my mum and so close for my dad to visit. Well done to management and staff.

As a family, we are very happy with the level of care given to our mum. She is happy there and we have peace of mind knowing she is safe and being looked after. Like everything in life there may be the odd time we notice something but know we can speak to the staff with confidence it will be addressed.

We can only describe the staff as family. They treat their residents like family, they show everyone respect and care. Every member of the team in Kyle Court goes out of their way for the residents and their families. They made mum's life richer during her time with them and in her last months, they made sure she was comfortable, pain-free and happy. We cannot speak highly enough of every single staff member. The staff in Kyle Court are always helpful and do everything they can to assist. I have always been able to discuss my uncle with them and get updates regarding his general health and welfare.

As we live in Australia, communications with our father was a challenge, but every time we needed assistance from the staff to locate him, every staff member surpassed the highest level of customer service.

My mother lived at Kyle Court Care Home from November 2021 until her death in March 2023. During that time, she was very well cared for by dedicated and caring staff. She was always very content with her care, meals and activities. Both she and my father were welcomed to Kyle Court. I found this very reassuring that all of her needs were catered for with respect, dignity and compassion. I am extremely grateful to all of the management, nursing, caring and domestic staff for her care during her stay.

My father has been well cared for since he moved in. The staff are always willing to deal with any worries or concerns that I may have.

Couldn't have chosen a better care home. The staff understand our mum's needs. She has the best of care and is treated with kindness and respect enjoying her pampering time getting her hair done.
