The home and staff go above and beyond to ensure my mums needs are met. They are caring and will always follow up on any concerns/requests I have regarding my mum. I know my mum is in safe hands and recommend the home whenever I meet someone who is looking for care for their family member. One
particular moment was a staff member accompanying my mum to my daughters wedding which took all stress away - can't thank her enough

My mum moved into Bebington Care Home on 9/10/25 and all the staff have made her so welcome and are all so very caring and thoughtful. Its so lovely and reassuring to know how well Mum is settling in and being cared for

We are really impressed by the home. The staff are so attentive with the service users. All the facilities are spotless and we are really happy with out family members care. It's so lovely to be able to walk away from a visit, trusting that your relative is in the best hands.

Placing a loved one into a care home is one of the most difficult decisions a family must make, with responsibility for their care being passed to someone else, effectively a stranger. The relationship between the family and the home is one of trust. I am pleased to say that our trust was not
misplaced. Dad entered Bebington Care Home in Sept 2024. The care he received was excellent. The staff treated dad with respect, love, and dignity; nothing was too much trouble. Dad sadly passed away at the end of Aug 2025; we were with him at the home 24/7 for 12 days. We felt very much part of the care home family as they supported us. We were so pleased that dad spent his final days at the home and not a hospital bed. It was a physical and emotional time; the home provided care not only for dad but the family. Bebington Care Home certainly lives up to its name as a "home that cares." Thank you.

Bebington Care Home is a very special place. They took care of our Dad for a year. They treated Dad, and all of our family with love, dignity and respect. Nothing was too much trouble. When Dad was in his final days the support and love they showed to Dad and ourselves was amazing. The home
always has a happy atmosphere. It is a proper community. There are so many activities for residents. The food is lovely. The building is spotless. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Bebington Care Home. It is an amazing place. Thank you so much to all the staff. They have been wonderful.

I received a prompt, friendly response from the business and admin manager after leaving a phone enquiry.
All information about care facilities and finances was really useful.
The transfer was well managed by the home especially one staff member in particular who had assessed my husband and will
now be part of the team managing his clinical needs.
When my husband was admitted we were welcomed by many of the staff.
My husband appears to be more relaxed and talking more. He is being well cared for.

My mum moved in on 24th February, they couldn't have made her more welcome, in fact they have bent over backwards for her.
The staff are very caring and thoughtful and I feel very happy she is being well looked after

My mum is well looked after the care workers are all very helpful. My mum is always clean and well dressed and her bedroom and lounge area is also clean. There are regular activities for her to attend and all the staff are friendly both to my mum and to us her family.

a warm welcome is always given to visitors who then become friends. special mention to two staff members who manage front of house.

My mother has been a resident at Bebington Care Home since August 2024. She had been in hospital for nearly three months prior to this and her health and cognition had really suffered due to a serious infection. I can say that the care she has received at the home since she began her stay has been
exemplary. Mum has really improved and is more mobile. She is happy and is always involved in the daily activities. The staff are so caring friendly and patient. They have intervened on a number of occasions when Mum's health had dipped and made sure she was seen by the local doctor. I am relieved to know mum is in such capable and caring hands and would recommend this home for any loved one.

Such an excellent care home in every respect. I visit regularly as part of a pastoral care initiative with a church and am made to feel so welcome by cheerful and helpful staff. All the residents seem contented and speak highly of how well they are treated. If I knew of anyone needing a care home
place, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Bebington Care Home.

Always greeted with friendly faces and a warm atmosphere every time I go and I go most days. The staff have gone above and beyond to make Christmas for the residents enjoyable, like a big family would, presents for every resident, decorations and Christmas activities. Dad seems very settled in his
new home and all the staff are very respectful towards him, he is always up, clean and dressed for the day when I go. Dad eats really well and the food looks so nice.

I am so pleased with Bebington Care Home, mum has settled so well due to the amazing staff and management. They are all so caring and though Mum has dementia they speak to her directly and treat her with respect and dignity. I would highly recommend this care home.
